Claims (20)
- コンテンツ配信および管理の方法であって、
コンテンツ配信デバイスにおいて、人間に非可聴の音響信号を検出するステップと、
前記非可聴信号の受信を示す標識を前記コンテンツ配信デバイスからコンテンツ管理システムに供給するステップと、
前記コンテンツ配信デバイスのユーザに提示するために、コンテンツを前記コンテンツ配信デバイスに提供することによって、前記非可聴信号の受信を示す前記標識に応答するステップと
を含み、
前記コンテンツはトリガーの記述と併せて前記コンテンツ配信デバイスに提供され、前記方法は、前記トリガーに示された閾値条件が満たされると前記コンテンツに対するアクセスを許可するステップをさらに含み、
前記閾値条件は、前記非可聴信号が受信された回数、歌が再生された回数、および会場での第2の人間に非可聴の音響信号の受信のうちの1つまたは複数を含む方法。 - 前記コンテンツ配信デバイスは、ポータブル多機能デバイスであり、前記受信を示す標識は、前記コンテンツ管理システムにワイヤレスで送達される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツ配信デバイスは、人間に非可聴の音響信号を検出するために、前記デバイスで受信される音響信号を周期的に照会する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツ配信デバイスは、搭載マイクロホン、搭載スピーカ、オーディオ入力、およびオーディオ出力のうちの1つまたは複数の使用によって、前記人間に非可聴の音響信号を検出する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、音声、音楽、および背景音のうちの1つまたは複数を含む人間に可聴のオーディオコンテンツに埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、前記コンテンツ配信デバイスによって生成される人間に可聴のオーディオコンテンツに埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、周波数が人間の聴覚の一般的範囲の外側である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、20Hzより低いおよび20kHzより高い周波数のうちの1つまたは複数である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、論理0ビットおよび論理1ビットの系列の変調符号の形態である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記変調符号は、前記人間に非可聴の信号に繰り返し組み込まれる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 変調符号は、前記コンテンツ管理システムに送信されて、前記非可聴信号の受信を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記変調符号に加えて、前記コンテンツ管理システムに送信される前記受信を示す標識は、時間データ、日付データ、加速度計データ、地理的データ、人口統計データ、コンテンツ配信デバイスデータ、およびコンテンツ配信デバイス所有者データのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 受信後の選択された時間で前記コンテンツ配信デバイスのユーザに提示するために、前記コンテンツ管理システムから配信された前記コンテンツを、前記コンテンツ配信デバイスに記憶するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツ配信デバイスに提供される前記コンテンツは、ビデオ、オーディオ、画像、およびテキストのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツ配信デバイスに提供される前記コンテンツは、コンサートのビデオもしくは静止画、アーティストの写真もしくはビデオ、制作された音楽ビデオ、アーティストのインタビュー、映画、コマーシャル、またはそれらの一部もしくは組合せのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツ配信デバイスに提供される前記コンテンツは、事前録音された音楽、着信音、デジタル形式の音楽作品、静止ピクチャ、アートワーク、ロゴ、壁紙、歌詞、引用、クーポン、パスワード、パスコード、クーポンコード、メッセージ、電子メールアドレス、テキストメッセージアドレス、インスタントメッセージ、広告、教育コンテンツ、またはそれらの一部もしくは組合せのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記閾値条件は、会場での出席をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツは、前記コンテンツ配信デバイスに関連付けられた、または前記コンテンツ配信デバイスのユーザに関連付けられた電子メールボックスへ配信される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、第2のポータブル多機能デバイスから送信され、前記信号は、送信デバイスに関するピアツーピアネットワーキング情報を埋め込んでおり、前記ピアツーピアネットワーキング情報は、
パブリックIPアドレス、プライベートIPアドレス、ポート番号、ワイヤレスネットワーク識別情報、およびローカルエリアネットワーク識別情報のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ポータブル多機能デバイス間で、
前記人間に非可聴の音響信号内のドアをロック解除するための鍵と、
支払いまたはクーポン情報と、
エンターテイメントコンテンツと、
連絡先情報と、
データと、
データポインタと、
両替または価値交換と、
前記デバイスによって収集されまたは前記デバイスに送信された、網目状ネットワークから発信されたコンテンツと
のうちの1つまたは複数を伝達するステップをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
