Claims (10)
- 人間に非可聴の音響信号通信システムであって、
オーディオ回路(110)を介して人間に非可聴の音響信号(240)を生成する、プロセッサ(120)に応答するメモリ(102)に記憶されたオペレーティングシステム命令(126)および通信モジュール命令(128)を含む信号送信デバイスであって、前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、前記人間に非可聴の音響信号における予め決定された周波数で変調された論理的0および1ビットの系列の符号化識別子を含む、信号送信デバイスと、
オーディオ回路を介して前記人間に非可聴の音響信号を受信する、プロセッサに応答するメモリに記憶されたオペレーティングシステム命令および通信モジュール命令を含む複数の信号受信デバイスであって、前記プロセッサは、前記人間に非可聴の音響信号における前記予め決定された周波数で変調された前記符号化識別子の論理的0および1ビットの前記系列を識別する、複数の信号受信デバイスと、
を含み、前記音響信号は、インターネットプロトコル(IP)を使用して、前記複数の信号受信デバイスと前記信号送信デバイスとの間のアドホックネットワーキングに関するデータを含み、
前記信号送信デバイスは、前記複数の信号受信デバイスに対する信号間の衝突および干渉を回避するために、前記複数の信号受信デバイスに対する信号を周波数またはタイミングで変調する、人間に非可聴の音響信号通信システム。 - コンテンツ管理システム(200)をさらに含み、前記人間に非可聴の音響信号において変調され、かつ、前記信号受信デバイスによって取得される前記符号化識別子が、前記コンテンツ管理システムにワイヤレスで通信される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記符号化識別子は、前記人間に非可聴の音響信号の受信をさらに示すために、前記コンテンツ管理システムに通信される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記符号化識別子に加えて、前記コンテンツ管理システムに通信される受信の標識は、時間データ、日付データ、加速度計データ、地理的データ、人口統計データ、信号送信および/または受信デバイスデータ、ならびに信号送信および/または受信デバイス所有者データのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号受信デバイスは、内蔵マイクロホン(113)、内蔵スピーカ(111)、オーディオ入力、およびオーディオ出力のうちの1つまたは複数を使用することによって前記人間に非可聴の音響信号を検出する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、スピーチ、音楽、バックグラウンドサウンドのうちの1つまたは複数を含む人間が理解できるオーディオコンテンツに埋め込まれている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記人間に非可聴の音響信号は、人間の聴覚の共通範囲外の周波数を使用する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記予め決定された周波数は、非可聴オーディオ信号のフラウンホーファー符号化に使用される周波数から選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号送信デバイスは、前記複数の信号受信デバイスに対する信号間の衝突を回避するために、前記複数の信号受信デバイスに対する信号を同期させる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号送信デバイスは、前記複数の信号受信デバイスに対する信号間の干渉を制限するための指向性スピーカを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
