Description
図1に、本発明の第1実施例に係る貼付装置1Aを示す。貼付装置1Aは、大気中で第1部材100に第2部材200を貼り付けるための装置である。本実施例では、第1部材100が厚さ0.3[mm]〜1.1[mm]のカバーガラスであり、第2部材200が厚さ10[μm]〜1000[μm]のフレキシブル有機ELパネルである。第1部材100および第2部材200は、上記したものに限定されない。ただし、本発明では、第2部材200が可撓性を有すること、および第1部材100が実質的に可撓性を有さないことが必要である。
図4に、本発明の第2実施例に係る貼付装置1Bを示す。貼付装置1Bは、大気中で第1部材100に第2部材200を貼り付けるための装置である。本実施例では、第1部材100が厚さ0.3[mm]〜1.1[mm]のカバーガラスであり、第2部材200が厚さ10[μm]〜1000[μm]のタッチパネル付きフレキシブル有機ELパネルである。

Claims (5)
- 内側に向かって少なくとも一部が湾曲した第1部材の内面に、可撓性を有する第2部材の貼付面を貼り付ける貼付装置であって、
前記内面が上に向けられた前記第1部材を保持する第1保持部と、
前記貼付面が前記第1部材の前記内面に対向するように前記第2部材を保持する、可撓性を有する第2保持部と、
前記第2保持部の上方に配置された移動可能な押圧部と、
前記第2保持部の一端部を支持する第1支持部と、
前記第2保持部の他端部を支持する第2支持部と、
少なくとも前記押圧部の移動を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記押圧部を下降させることにより、前記押圧部によって直接的に押圧された前記第2保持部をV字状に変形させ、前記押圧部によって前記第2保持部越しに間接的に押圧された前記第2部材の一部分を他の部分に先行して前記第1部材に貼り付け、その後、前記押圧部を前記第1部材の湾曲形状に沿って移動させることにより、前記第2部材の前記他の部分を前記第1部材に貼り付けていくよう構成され、
前記第2保持部の前記一端部および前記他端部は、前記第2部材を保持する領域の外側に位置し、かつ前記湾曲形状に沿った前記押圧部の移動の方向において離間し、
前記第1支持部および前記第2支持部の少なくとも一方は、前記第2保持部の張力を予め定められた目標値とするための張力調整手段を有し、
前記第2保持部は、少なくとも前記第2部材を保持する領域に吸着層または粘着層が形成されたシート状またはフィルム状の部材である
ことを特徴とする貼付装置。 - 前記第1支持部および前記第2支持部の少なくとも一方が、前記制御部の制御下で上下に移動可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貼付装置。 - 前記押圧部の高さ制御が、位置制御と、前記第2保持部からの反力が予め定められた閾値を超えないようにする圧力制御とを組み合わせた複合制御である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の貼付装置。 - 前記押圧部が、前記第1部材の曲率半径よりも半径が小さい貼付ローラーである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の貼付装置。 - 前記第1部材としてのカバーガラスに、前記第2部材としてのフレキシブル有機ELパネル、タッチパネル、またはタッチパネル付きフレキシブル有機ELパネルを貼り付ける
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の貼付装置。
