Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態における燃料電池ユニット100の配置構成を示した概念図である。図1には、相互に直交するXYZ軸が図示されている。図1のXYZ軸は、他の図のXYZ軸に対応する。燃料電池ユニット100は、モーターで駆動する車両の電源として搭載される。燃料電池ユニット100は、燃料電池ケース200と、コンバータケース300とを備える。
図6は、第1実施形態における燃料電池ユニット100を備えた車両20の概略を示す説明図である。車両20は、モーターで駆動する電動車両である。車両20の前方は、Y軸方向の+側を向いている。車両20は、座席22、24、26と、床部28を備える。
図7は、第1実施形態における燃料電池ユニット100を備えた車両30の概略を示す説明図である。車両30は、モーターで駆動する電動車両である。車両30の前方は、X軸方向の+側を向いている。車両30における燃料電池ユニット100が搭載されるための空間は、車両30前方のフード32からZ軸方向の−側における車両30の内部領域R2である。
図8は、他の実施形態における燃料電池ユニット100bの配置構成を示した概念図である。燃料電池ユニット100bは、燃料電池ケース200とコンバータケース300とのZ軸方向における位置関係が異なる点を除き、第1実施形態における燃料電池ユニット100の構成と同様である。燃料電池ユニット100bにおいて、燃料電池ケース200は、コンバータケース300のZ軸方向の+側に配される。
図9は、他の実施形態における燃料電池ユニット100cの設計を変更したときの変化を示した説明図である。図9の上段には、燃料電池ユニット100cを示す。図9の下段には、設計変更された後の燃料電池ユニット100cである燃料電池ユニット100dを示す。
第1実施形態では、燃料電池ケース200は、コンバータケース300のZ軸方向の−側に配されていたが、本発明はこれに限られない。例えば、燃料電池ケース200とコンバータケース300とは、Y軸方向に隣り合って配されていてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 一定の方向に積層された複数の単セルを有する燃料電池と、前記燃料電池と電気的に接続されたリアクトルおよび前記リアクトルと電気的に接続されたパワーモジュールの組み合わせを複数有するコンバータと、を備える燃料電池ユニットであって、
複数の前記リアクトルが並ぶ方向と複数の前記パワーモジュールが並ぶ方向とはいずれも、前記単セルの積層方向と略平行である、燃料電池ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池ユニットであって、
前記燃料電池は、前記パワーモジュールの重力方向上側もしくは前記パワーモジュールの重力方向下側に配されている、燃料電池ユニット。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池ユニットを備えた車両であって、
前記積層方向は、前記燃料電池ユニットが前記車両に搭載された際における前記車両の車幅方向と略平行である、車両。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池ユニットを備えた車両であって、
前記積層方向は、前記燃料電池ユニットが前記車両に搭載された際における前記車両の前後方向と略平行である、車両。
