Description
その圧縮機が吐出した冷媒を放熱させる放熱器(3)と、
その放熱器から流出した冷媒を、その冷媒と空調対象空間へ送風される送風空気との熱交換により更に放熱させる補助熱交換器(4)と、
その補助熱交換器から流出した冷媒を減圧する減圧装置(5)と、
補助熱交換器で冷媒から放熱された熱で加熱される前の送風空気と減圧装置で減圧された冷媒との熱交換により、その加熱される前の送風空気を冷却すると共に冷媒を蒸発させ、熱交換後の冷媒を圧縮機へ流出させる蒸発器(6)と、
放熱器から減圧装置までの冷媒経路に配置され補助熱交換器と直列に連結される第1熱交換部(71)、および、蒸発器から圧縮機までの冷媒経路に配置される第2熱交換部(72)を有し、第1熱交換部内を通過する冷媒と第2熱交換部内を通過する冷媒とを熱交換させる内部熱交換器(7)と、
冷媒に補助熱交換器を迂回させてその冷媒を流す迂回冷媒通路(91)と、
補助熱交換器への冷媒の流入を止めると共に迂回冷媒通路を開く第1切替位置と、補助熱交換器への冷媒の流入を許容すると共に迂回冷媒通路を閉じる第2切替位置とに切り替えられる通路切替弁(36)とを備え、
内部熱交換器の第1熱交換部は、放熱器から減圧装置までの冷媒経路のうち補助熱交換器と減圧装置との間に配置され、
補助熱交換器が冷媒から放熱させる放熱量は、通路切替弁によって増減されることを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態における車両用空調装置100の概略構成を示す模式図である。図1に示す車両用空調装置100は、例えば、走行用内燃機関であるエンジン30を備える車両に搭載されて、車両の室内すなわち車室内を空調する。車室内は、車両用空調装置100による空調の対象になる空調対象空間である。エンジン30は、車両に搭載された発熱機器としても機能する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明し、第1実施形態と同一または均等な部分については省略または簡略化して説明する。後述の第3実施形態以降でも同様である。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
(1)上述の各実施形態の内部熱交換器7において、複数の第1熱交換通路712は互いに並列に接続されているが、並列ではなく直列に接続されていても差し支えない。そして、複数の第2熱交換通路722も互いに並列に接続されているが、並列ではなく直列に接続されていても差し支えない。

Claims (4)
- 冷媒を吸入し圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機(2)と、
該圧縮機が吐出した前記冷媒を放熱させる放熱器(3)と、
該放熱器から流出した前記冷媒を、該冷媒と空調対象空間へ送風される送風空気との熱交換により更に放熱させる補助熱交換器(4)と、
該補助熱交換器から流出した前記冷媒を減圧する減圧装置(5)と、
前記補助熱交換器で前記冷媒から放熱された熱で加熱される前の前記送風空気と前記減圧装置で減圧された前記冷媒との熱交換により、該加熱される前の送風空気を冷却すると共に前記冷媒を蒸発させ、熱交換後の前記冷媒を前記圧縮機へ流出させる蒸発器(6)と、
前記放熱器から前記減圧装置までの冷媒経路に配置され前記補助熱交換器と直列に連結される第1熱交換部(71)、および、前記蒸発器から前記圧縮機までの冷媒経路に配置される第2熱交換部(72)を有し、前記第1熱交換部内を通過する前記冷媒と前記第2熱交換部内を通過する前記冷媒とを熱交換させる内部熱交換器(7)と、
前記冷媒に前記補助熱交換器を迂回させて該冷媒を流す迂回冷媒通路(91)と、
前記補助熱交換器への前記冷媒の流入を止めると共に前記迂回冷媒通路を開く第1切替位置と、前記補助熱交換器への前記冷媒の流入を許容すると共に前記迂回冷媒通路を閉じる第2切替位置とに切り替えられる通路切替弁(36)とを備え、
前記内部熱交換器の第1熱交換部は、前記放熱器から前記減圧装置までの冷媒経路のうち前記補助熱交換器と前記減圧装置との間に配置され、
前記補助熱交換器が前記冷媒から放熱させる放熱量は、前記通路切替弁によって増減されることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記蒸発器は、前記空調対象空間としての車室内へ前記送風空気を吹き出す空調ダクト(10)内に設けられ、
前記補助熱交換器は、前記空調ダクト内に設けられ、前記送風空気の空気流れにおいて前記蒸発器よりも下流側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記第1熱交換部は、前記冷媒が流れる通路(712)を形成する扁平形状の複数の第1積層体(711)から構成され、
前記第2熱交換部は、前記冷媒が流れる通路(722)を形成し前記複数の第1積層体と交互に積層された扁平形状の複数の第2積層体(721)から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 車両に搭載されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
