Description
・ コイル導線がアルミニウムからなり;
・ コンダクタセグメントがいずれも銅製の滑り面とアルミニウム製あるいはアルミニウムと溶接可能な金属(アルミニウム互換性金属)からなる接続領域を備え;
・ 接続領域がいずれも大型でブラシ滑り面に対して半径方向に突出した接続突起を含み;
・ コイル導線が末端側で滑り面領域に直接接触することなくいずれも該当するコンダクタセグメントの接続突起と溶接される。
Claims (6)
- シャフト(5)と実質的に円筒状の電機子(6)と電機子コイル(7)とドラム型整流子(8)を備え、前記ドラム型整流子が絶縁性の支承部材(9)とその支承部材上に取り付けられていて電機子セグメント(17)によって前記支承部材(9)内に固定されたコンダクタセグメント(10)を含み、前記コンダクタセグメントに対してコイル導線(11)が導電性に接続されてなる、回転電機の回転子(4)であって:
・ 前記コイル導線(11)がアルミニウムからなり;
・ 前記コンダクタセグメント(10)がいずれも銅製の滑り面(18)とアルミニウム製あるいはアルミニウムと溶接可能な金属(アルミニウム互換性金属)からなる接続領域(21)を備え;
・ 前記電機子セグメント(17)が完全に銅から形成されるとともにいずれも対応する滑り面領域(18)を含んだ統合型の銅構造(19)の一部であり;
・ 前記接続領域(21)がいずれもブラシ滑り面に対して半径方向に突出した大型の接続突起(20)を含み;
・ 前記コンダクタセグメント(10)を帯形状の二材料形材(60)から打ち抜き加工し、その二材料形材は銅部分形材(61)とアルミニウム部分形材(62)の恒久的な結合から形成され;
・ 前記コイル導線(11)が末端側で滑り面領域(18)に直接接触することなくいずれも該当するコンダクタセグメント(10)の前記接続突起(20)と溶接され、
・ 前記接続突起(20)がいずれも少なくとも1本のコイル導線(11)の末端を収容する窪み部を有する、
特徴を備えてなる回転子。 - 実質的に整流子軸に対して平行な銅とアルミニウム互換性金属の間の移行領域を有するコンダクタセグメント(10)がいずれも二材料押出形材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転子。
- 二材料押出形材が銅とアルミニウム互換性金属を共通の成形ノズル(43)を通過させて同時に押し出し成形することによって製造される同時押出形材とされることを特徴とする請求項2記載の回転子。
- 銅製基礎形材(48)上にアルミニウム互換性金属を上乗せ押出成形することによって二材料押出形材を製造することを特徴とする請求項2記載の回転子。
- 銅製基礎形材(48)上にアルミニウム互換性金属を上乗せ押出成形した後に移行領域の機械的後処理を実施することを特徴とする請求項4記載の回転子。
- 対称形の三層押出形材(52)を二分割することによって二材料押出形材を製造することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の回転子。
