Claims (7)
- 電極を含む複数のシート状体を搬送して積層部に積層し積層体を得る電極積層装置であって、
前記シート状体は、種類の異なる第1のシート状体と第2のシート状体とを含み、
前記第1のシート状体を順次搬送する第1の搬送部と、
前記第1の搬送部の出口部と前記積層部との間に設けられて、水平面に対して第1の傾斜角度で傾斜した滑走面を有する第1の滑走部と、
前記第1の搬送部の上方に設けられて、前記第2のシート状体を順次搬送する第2の搬送部と、
前記第2の搬送部の出口部と前記積層部との間に設けられて、水平面に対して第2の傾斜角度で傾斜した滑走面を有する第2の滑走部と、を備える、電極積層装置。 - 前記第1のシート状体は負極であり、前記第2のシート状体は袋状のセパレータに収納された正極である、請求項1に記載の電極積層装置。
- 前記第2の傾斜角度は、前記第1の傾斜角度よりも大きく、
前記第1の滑走部の前記滑走面の延長面と、前記第2の滑走部の前記滑走面の延長面とは、前記積層体の積層完了時の厚みの範囲内で交差している、請求項1又は2に記載の電極積層装置。 - 前記第1の滑走部の前記滑走面の前記延長面と、前記第2の滑走部の前記滑走面の前記延長面とは、前記積層体の積層完了時の厚みの中間部で交差している、請求項3に記載の電極積層装置。
- 前記第2の搬送部の出口部に対向して前記第2の搬送部の搬送経路の延長上に設けられた飛び出し防止カバーを更に備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電極積層装置。
- 前記第1の滑走部は、前記第1の傾斜角度を調整可能に構成されており、
前記第2の滑走部は、前記第2の傾斜角度を調整可能に構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電極積層装置。 - 前記第1の滑走部の下端部の下方で且つ前記第2の滑走部の下端部の下方に配置されて、当該下端部から落下する前記第1のシート状体及び前記第2のシート状体を順次案内して所定の領域に積層する前記積層部を更に備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電極積層装置。
