Abstract
Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態について説明する。この発明に係るミクロフィブリル化セルロース含有組成物は、フェノール樹脂と、ミクロフィブリル化セルロースと、水および水溶性の有機溶媒のうちの少なくともいずれか一方とを備える。
水中に、10質量%の濃度で分散させたミクロフィブリル化セルロース(ダイセルファインケム株式会社製セリッシュKY−100G)を準備し、ミクロフィブリル化セルロースに対して5重量部のカルボキシメチルセルロースを混合した。そして、混合物に対して、水とメタノールの混合溶媒に溶解したレゾール系フェノール樹脂を加え、さらに混合した。フェノール樹脂とミクロフィブリル化セルロースとカルボキシメチルセルロースとの含有比率は、100:20:1とした。なお、実施例1で用いるミクロフィブリル化セルロースについては、繊維の直径が数nm(ナノメートル)〜数100μm(マイクロメートル)に亘って分布しているものである。
実施例1に記載のフェノール樹脂とミクロフィブリル化セルロースとカルボキシメチルセルロースとの含有比率を、100:40:2とした以外は実施例1と同様の方法で成形体を作製した。
実施例1に記載のミクロフィブリル化セルロースを、株式会社スギノマシン製の「BiNFi−S BMa10010」に変更した以外は実施例1と同様の方法で成形体を作製した。なお、実施例3で用いるミクロフィブリル化セルロースについては、繊維の直径が数nm〜数100nmに亘って分布しているものである。
実施例2に記載のミクロフィブリル化セルロースを、株式会社スギノマシン製の「BiNFi−S BMa10010」に変更した以外は実施例2と同様の方法で成形体を作製した。
水中に10質量%の濃度で分散させたミクロフィブリル化セルロース(ダイセルファインケム株式会社製セリッシュKY−100G)を水で1%まで希釈した後、濾過物が20mmの厚さになるまで、希釈したミクロフィブリル化セルロースを順次追加しながら減圧濾過を行い、5.0MPaの圧力にて180℃で3時間加熱加圧を行い、ミクロフィブリル化セルロースのみからなる成形体を得た。
水中に10質量%の濃度で分散させたミクロフィブリル化セルロース(ダイセルファインケム株式会社製セリッシュKY−100G)を水で1%まで希釈した後、濾過を行い、乾燥して作製したシート状成形体を、実施例1のフェノール樹脂溶液に1時間浸漬した後、乾燥させてシート状のプリプレグを作製した。成形体は、実施例1と同様の条件で作製した。ミクロフィブリル化セルロースとフェノール樹脂との含有比率は、実施例1と同じとなるように調製した。
Claims (8)
- フェノール樹脂と、
ミクロフィブリル化セルロースと、
水および水溶性の有機溶媒のうちの少なくともいずれか一方と、
カルボキシメチルセルロースと、を備えるミクロフィブリル化セルロース含有組成物であって、
前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロース含有組成物に対する前記カルボキシメチルセルロースの含有比率は、0.05〜5質量%である、ミクロフィブリル化セルロース含有組成物。 - 前記フェノール樹脂の重量平均分子量は、1500以下である、請求項1に記載のミクロフィブリル化セルロース含有組成物。
- 前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロース含有組成物に対する前記カルボキシメチルセルロースの含有比率は、3〜5質量%である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のミクロフィブリル化セルロース含有組成物。
- 前記フェノール樹脂は、レゾール型フェノール樹脂である、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のミクロフィブリル化セルロース含有組成物。
- フェノール樹脂中にミクロフィブリル化セルロースが任意の割合で分散されているプリプレグであって、
カルボキシメチルセルロースを含み、
前記フェノール樹脂と前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースと前記カルボキシメチルセルロースとの総量に対する前記カルボキシメチルセルロースの含有割合は、0.83〜1.41重量%であり、
表層側と内部層側の前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースの含有割合は、同等である、プリプレグ。 - 前記プリプレグの全体に対する前記フェノール樹脂の含有比率は、0.1〜60質量%の範囲内である、請求項5に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項5または請求項6に記載の前記プリプレグを一枚または複数枚重ねて加熱および加圧させて硬化させた、成形体。
- 水および水溶性の有機溶媒のうちの少なくともいずれか一方中に水溶性レゾールを用いたフェノール樹脂を溶解させて溶解液を準備する工程と、
水中にミクロフィブリル化セルロースが分散された分散液を準備する工程と、
前記溶解液に追加の成分としてカルボキシメチルセルロースを、前記フェノール樹脂と前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースと前記カルボキシメチルセルロースとの総量に対する含有比率を0.83〜1.41重量%となるよう混合した上で、前記分散液を任意の割合で混合する工程と、
前記混合する工程で得られた混合液をフィルム状の部材の上に塗工する工程と、
前記塗工する工程により得られた塗工物を乾燥させてプリプレグを得る工程とを備える、プリプレグの製造方法。
