Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る車両用差動装置の構成について、図1乃至図3を参照して説明する。
上記のようにデフリックコートが施された実施例に係るセンタワッシャ、及びデフリックコートが施されていない基材のみの比較例に係るセンタワッシャを用いて摺動試験を行った結果について、図4を参照して説明する。
以上説明した本発明の実施の形態によれば、以下に示す作用及び効果が得られる。
Claims (3)
- 車両の駆動源の駆動力を一対の出力軸に差動を許容して配分する車両用差動装置であって、
前記駆動力が入力されるデフケースと、
前記デフケースに回転可能に支持された複数のピニオンギヤと、
前記複数のピニオンギヤに噛み合うと共に、前記一対の出力軸にそれぞれ連結される一対のサイドギヤと、
前記一対のサイドギヤのうち、少なくとも一方のサイドギヤの軸方向端面と摺動する摺動面を有し、前記摺動面における摺動が潤滑油によって潤滑されるワッシャとを備え、
前記一対のサイドギヤ及び前記複数のピニオンギヤは、その噛み合いにより軸方向のスラスト力を発生させるヘリカルギヤであり、
前記ワッシャは、前記摺動面に二硫化モリブデン及びグラファイトを含有する潤滑剤をコーティングして固体潤滑性を高める表面処理が施されており、当該摺動面のビッカーズ硬さが400〜600Hvであり、前記サイドギヤの軸方向端面のビッカーズ硬さが900〜1500Hvである、
車両用差動装置。 - 前記ワッシャが前記一対のサイドギヤの間に配置された、
請求項1に記載の車両用差動装置。 - 前記ワッシャが前記サイドギヤと前記デフケースの内面との間に配置された、
