Claims (4)
- 金属部材と樹脂部材とを固定部材によって固定する固定構造であって、
前記金属部材は、前記樹脂部材が載置される載置面を有するベース部と、該載置面から突出した突出部と、を備え、
前記固定部材は、前記突出部の突出方向に沿って配置されるとともに該突出部に一部又は全部が埋没した状態で前記金属部材に取り付けられる棒状の本体部と、該本体部の長手方向と交差する方向に延在した押え部と、を備え、
前記樹脂部材は、前記押え部と前記ベース部との間に挟まれる被固定部を備え、
前記突出部と前記被固定部との間に第1弾性部材が設けられていることを特徴とする固定構造。 - 前記押え部と前記被固定部との間に第2弾性部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定構造。
- 前記突出部が、前記固定部材が前記金属部材に取り付けられた際に、当該突出部の先端が前記押え部と当接するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固定構造。
- 給電部から受電部に非接触で電力を供給する給電システムにおいて該給電部又は該受電部に用いられるコイルユニットであって、
金属部材としてのケース体と、
樹脂部材としてのコイルボビンと、
前記ケース体と前記コイルボビンとを固定するネジ体と、を備え、
前記ケース体と前記コイルボビンとを前記ネジ体によって固定する固定構造が、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載された固定構造であることを特徴とするコイルユニット。
