Description
本発明の第一実施形態に係るコイルユニットを図1及び図2を参照して説明する。本実施形態のコイルユニット1は、車両等の非接触給電システムにおける給電側の一次コイル2を収容するためのコイルユニットであるとともに、路面Rに設置されている。図示しない二次コイルは車両等のバッテリに接続されており、車両等が所定の位置に配されると、一次コイル2は、電磁誘導を利用して二次コイルへ電力を供給することができる。
本発明の第二実施形態に係るコイルユニットを図3及び図4を参照して説明する。図3は本実施形態に係るコイルユニット1の分解斜視図であり、後述する蓋7Aを一部断面して示すものである。本実施形態のコイルユニット1は、第一実施形態とほぼ同形状の底板3を有している。

Claims (4)
- 非接触給電システムにおける給電側の一次コイルを収容するためのコイルユニットであって、
周壁及び底壁を有して上部が開口した収容空間の内部に前記一次コイルを収容するシールドケースと、
前記シールドケースの周壁を囲んで設けられるフレームと、
前記フレームに支持されるとともに、前記シールドケースの上部を覆う蓋と、前記フレームを下方から支持する底板と、を備え、
前記底板は、前記フレームの外周部よりも外側に突出した突出部を有して形成され、
前記突出部の上面と前記フレームの外周部とに沿うとともに、上端縁が前記蓋の近傍に位置する緩衝部材が設けられていることを特徴とするコイルユニット。 - 前記緩衝部材の上端縁には、外側に向かって高さが徐々に低くなる傾斜面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイルユニット。
- 前記シールドケースの収容空間には、鉛直方向に立設するとともに、前記蓋と、前記底板と前記シールドケースの底壁とのうち少なくとも一方と、に当接する支柱が設けられ、
前記支柱の上下端面のうち少なくとも一方には面取部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコイルユニット。 - 前記一次コイルを巻きつけるコイルボビンが前記シールドケースの収容空間に設けられ、
前記支柱と前記コイルボビンとが一体に形成されているか、又は、
前記コイルボビンには、前記支柱を挿通させる支柱挿通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコイルユニット。
