Claims (11)
- 電流を検出する回路基板と、
前記回路基板を収容する基板収容空間が形成されるとともに、当該基板収容空間の一側が開放された開放口を有するケースと、
前記ケースの前記開放口を塞ぐ蓋部と、
を備え、
前記開放口の縁部に沿って、前記ケースと前記蓋部が溶着により接続された溶着部が形成されており、
前記ケースには、前記溶着部の内側において、第1壁面が形成され、
前記蓋部には、前記溶着部の内側において、前記第1壁面に対向して第2壁面が形成され、
前記第1壁面及び前記第2壁面の間には、ケース内バリ収容空間が設けられており、
当該ケース内バリ収容空間は、前記溶着部に連通しており、
前記ケース又は前記蓋部には、前記ケース内バリ収容空間の端部に対向したバリ受け部が形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記蓋部には、前記溶着部の外側において、第3壁面が形成され、
前記ケースには、前記溶着部の外側において、前記第3壁面に対向して第4壁面が形成され、
前記第3壁面及び第4壁面の間には、ケース外バリ収容空間が設けられており、
当該ケース外バリ収容空間は、前記溶着部に連通していることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
シャント抵抗を備え、
前記回路基板は、前記シャント抵抗に流れた電流を検出し、
前記ケースの前記基板収容空間は前記回路基板を収容し、
前記ケースの前記基板収容空間内には、複数のガタつき防止ピンが形成されており、
各ガタつき防止ピンは、
当該ガタつき防止ピンの先端においてテーパ状に形成されたテーパ部と、
前記テーパ部よりも基端側の位置から開始し、当該ガタつき防止ピンの長手方向に沿ってリブ状に形成された複数のクラッシュリブと、
を備え、
各クラッシュリブは、前記ガタつき防止ピンの基端側に進むにつれて外側に向けて拡がるようにテーパ状に形成されており、
前記回路基板には、前記ガタつき防止ピンが挿入される挿通孔が形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項3に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記ガタつき防止ピンは、位置決めピン及び回転規制ピンであり、
前記回路基板には、
前記位置決めピンが挿入される位置決め孔と、
前記回転規制ピンが挿入される回転規制孔と、
が形成され、
前記回転規制孔は、当該回転規制孔と前記位置決め孔とを結ぶ直線に沿って長い長孔状に形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項4に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記ケースの壁面には、前記ガタつき防止ピンの基端側から前記回路基板に接触する基板固定リブが複数形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項5に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記ケースの前記壁面には、前記基板固定リブの間に反り防止リブが形成されており、
前記ガタつき防止ピンの長手方向で、反り防止リブの先端側の端部は、前記基板固定リブの先端側の端部よりも基端側に形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項4に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記シャント抵抗を前記回路基板に接続する基板接続端子を備え、
前記ケースには、前記基板収容空間と前記シャント抵抗の間を仕切る仕切壁が形成され、
前記仕切壁には、前記基板接続端子を通過させる端子通過孔が形成されており、
前記端子通過孔に封止材が充填されていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項7に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記仕切壁には、凹部として形成された充填量確認部が形成されており、
前記充填量確認部は、前記端子通過孔に連通し、かつ前記端子通過孔よりも浅いことを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 請求項7に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置であって、
前記端子通過孔は、その縁部の輪郭形状が面取りされた形状となっていることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置。 - 電流を検出する回路基板と、
前記回路基板を収容する基板収容空間が形成されるとともに、当該基板収容空間の一側が開放された開放口を有するケースと、
前記ケースの前記開放口を塞ぐ蓋部と、
を備えたバッテリー状態検知装置の製造方法であって、
前記ケース又は前記蓋部の一方に形成されるテーパ面と、前記ケース又は前記蓋部の他方に形成されて前記テーパ面に接触する接触部と、を接触させた状態で、前記ケース及び前記蓋部を超音波溶着する溶着工程を含み、
前記接触部は、前記ケースに形成されており、
当該ケースには、前記接触部の内側において、内向きの第1壁面が形成され、
前記テーパ面は、前記蓋部に形成されており、
当該蓋部には、前記テーパ面の内側において、外向きの第2壁面が形成され、
前記溶着工程において、前記テーパ面及び前記接触部を接触させた状態で、前記第1壁面及び第2壁面の間には所定の隙間が形成され、
前記隙間の端部が、前記ケース又は前記蓋部に形成されているバリ受け部と対向していることを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置の製造方法。 - 請求項10に記載のバッテリー状態検知装置の製造方法であって、
前記溶着工程において、前記ケースの外周壁面に沿って変形防止治具を配置したうえで、前記超音波溶着を行うことを特徴とするバッテリー状態検知装置の製造方法。
