Claims (5)
- セメントキルンの窯尻に設置され、該窯尻内に燃料及び燃焼用空気を吹き込み、該燃料を燃焼させる脱硝用バーナーを備えることを特徴とするセメント焼成装置。
- 前記バーナーは、前記燃料と前記燃焼用空気との混合流を旋回させる旋回手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメント焼成装置。
- セメントキルンの窯尻に設置される脱硝用バーナーから該窯尻内に燃料及び燃焼用空気を吹き込み、該燃料を燃焼させることを特徴とするセメントキルン排ガスの脱硝方法。
- 前記セメントキルンの窯尻内への燃料供給量は、前記セメントキルンに付設された仮焼炉への燃料供給量の20%以上50%未満であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセメントキルン排ガスの脱硝方法。
- 前記セメントキルンの窯尻内へ供給される燃料は、微粉炭、重油及び可燃性廃棄物の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のセメントキルン排ガスの脱硝方法。
