Description
Claims (11)
- 流体を調量するための弁(1)であって、電磁アクチュエータ(2)と、当該アクチュエータ(2)により操作可能な弁ニードル(7)であって、弁座面(9)と協働してシール座を成す弁閉鎖体(8)を操作するために用いられる弁ニードル(7)と、を備え、前記アクチュエータ(2)のアーマチャ(5)は、前記弁ニードル(7)がその中を通る貫通孔(20)を有し、ハウジング部分(4)の内壁(25)と前記アーマチャ(5)の外面(26)との間には環状空隙(27)が形成される、前記弁(1)において、
前記環状空隙(27)には、少なくとも1つの可動的な減衰要素(28)が配置され、前記可動的な減衰要素(28)は、前記アクチュエータ(2)により生成された磁場(34)によって操作されうることを特徴とする、弁(1)。 - 前記減衰要素(28)は、少なくとも実質的に径方向に可動的な減衰要素(28)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記ハウジング部分(4)の内部には、前記減衰要素(28)に対応配置された凹所(39)が設けられ、前記凹所(39)は、前記減衰要素(28)を少なくとも部分的に収容することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(28)に対応配置された少なくとも1つのバネ要素(29)が設けられ、前記バネ要素(29)は、前記アーマチャ(5)の前記外面(26)の方向(31)へと前記減衰要素(28)に負荷を加え、及び/又は、前記凹所(39)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の弁。
- 前記凹所(39)は、溝状の凹所(39)として構成され、及び/又は、前記減衰要素(28)は、前記凹所(39)に径方向に案内されており、及び/又は、前記凹所(39)は、前記アクチュエータ(2)の前記磁場(34)によって操作された際には前記減衰要素(28)が前記凹所(39)によって完全に収容されうるように、形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の弁。
- 前記可動的な減衰要素(28)は、前記アクチュエータ(2)により生成可能な磁場(34)が少なくとも実質的に消えている操作されていない初期ポジションにおいて、前記環状空隙(27)を可能な限り縮小し、その際に前記アーマチャ(5)の前記外面(26)に当接し又は前記アーマチャ(5)の前記外面(26)とは最小限の間隔を取っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(28)は、少なくとも部分的に、少なくとも1つの強磁性体(32)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(28)は、部分的に、少なくとも1つの常磁性体(33)から形成され、前記常磁性体(33)は、前記アーマチャ(5)の前記外面(26)寄りの側に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(28)は、部分リング状に形成され、部分リング状の前記減衰要素(28)は、前記アクチュエータ(2)の前記磁場(34)による前記操作(36)の際に当該部分リング状の減衰要素(28)が自身の周面に沿って広がるように、形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記可動的な減衰要素(28)は、前記弁ニードル(7)を開放方向(10)に操作するための、前記アクチュエータ(2)により生成される磁場(34)によって操作可能であり、前記減衰要素(28)によって、前記開放方向(10)とは逆方向に前記弁ニードル(7)を戻すために、前記アーマチャ(5)の減衰が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
