Claims (11)
- 媒体を噴射するための噴射弁(1)において、
出口側(3)に少なくとも1つの噴射口(4)を備えたハウジング(2)と、
電磁コイル(5)と、
前記電磁コイル(5)によって直線運動せしめられる磁石可動子(8)と、
長手方向軸線(15)に沿って直線運動せしめられ、かつ前記磁石可動子(8)を貫通して突き出す、前記噴射口(4)を開閉させるためのニードル弁(6)と、
を有しており、
前記磁石可動子(8)が第1のストッパと第2のストッパとの間で、前記ニードル弁(6)に対して直線運動せしめられ、
前記第2のストッパが、ストッパ面(17)を備えたストッパ部材(12)によって形成されていて、該ストッパ部材(12)が該ストッパ面(17)に向き合う対抗面(19)を備えた対抗部材(18)を受けることで、前記磁石可動子(8)の前記ニードル弁(6)に対する直線運動が規定され、
前記ストッパ部材(12)が弾性的に構成されていて、それによって前記対抗面(19)が前記ストッパ面(17)に当接する際に、前記長手方向軸線(15)と前記ストッパ面(17)との間の角度(α)が変化し、
前記電磁コイル(5)が励磁された時又は直後に、前記磁石可動子(8)が、前記対抗面(19)と前記ストッパ面(17)との接触が完全に解放されつつ、前記第1のストッパに向かう方向に移動する、
噴射弁。 - 前記ストッパ部材(12)が前記ニードル弁(6)に結合されていて、前記対抗部材(18)が前記磁石可動子(8)に結合されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記長手方向軸線(15)と前記ストッパ面(17)との間の前記角度(α)が、前記ストッパ面(17)と前記対抗面(19)とが接触しない状態で、少なくとも部分的に90°より小さく、前記角度(α)が、前記ストッパ面(17)の、前記対抗面(19)に面した側において規定されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記角度(α)が、前記ストッパ面(17)と前記対抗面(19)とが接触しない状態で、最大で89.99°であることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記対抗面(19)が前記ストッパ面(17)に当接することによって、前記角度(α)が、少なくとも0.01°だけ弾性的に変形せしめられることを特徴とする、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記ストッパ面(17)が、内側区分(23)と外側区分(24)とに分割されており、前記内側区分(23)が、前記外側区分(24)よりも、前記長手方向軸線(15)により近い位置にあり、前記角度(α)が、前記ストッパ面(17)と前記対抗面(19)とが接触しない状態で、前記内側区分(23)におけるよりも、前記外側区分(24)においてより小さく、前記角度(α)が、前記ストッパ面(17)の、前記対抗面(19)に面した側において規定されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記内側区分(23)が、前記ストッパ面(17)と前記対抗面(19)とが接触しない状態で、前記対抗面(19)に対して平行であるか、または前記対抗面(19)に対して傾斜されているか、または凹状であることを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記ストッパ部材(12)の、前記ストッパ面(17)を基準とする前記対抗面(19)の反対側の面(21)が、少なくとも部分的に前記ストッパ面(17)に対して傾斜していて、および/または少なくとも部分的に前記ストッパ面(17)に対して平行、および/または少なくとも部分的に凹状に構成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記ストッパ部材(12)が、少なくとも1つの環状の溝(22)を有していることを特徴とする、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記第1のストッパが、前記ニードル弁(6)に設けられたリング(10)または段部によって形成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。 - 前記噴射弁は燃料を燃焼室内に噴射するための噴射弁であることを特徴とする、
