Description
Claims (11)
- 流体を調量するための弁(1)であって、電磁アクチュエータ(2)と、前記アクチュエータ(2)により操作可能な弁ニードル(5)であって、弁座面(14)と協働してシール座を成す弁閉鎖体(12)を操作するために用いられる前記弁ニードル(5)と、を備え、前記アクチュエータ(2)のアーマチャ(4)は、前記弁ニードル(5)がその中を通って延びている貫通孔(32)を有し、ハウジング部分(6)の内壁(31)と前記アーマチャ(4)の外面(35)との間には環状空隙(36)が形成される、前記弁(1)において、
前記アーマチャ(4)は、弁ニードル(5)に可動的に通されており、前記弁ニードル(5)には、当該弁ニードル(5)に対して固定されたストッパ(8)が設けられ、前記アーマチャ(4)が、前記シール座を開放するために役立つ操作であって開放方向(16)に行われる前記操作の際には前記ストッパ(8)に当たり、前記環状空隙(36)には、前記アーマチャ(4)又は前記ハウジング部分(6)と結合された少なくとも1つの絞り要素(30)が配置され、前記絞り要素(30)によって、前記アーマチャ(4)の少なくとも1つの移動が、前記開放方向(16)と逆向きに減衰され、
前記絞り要素(30)は少なくとも部分的に、弾性的に変形可能な膜(30)として形成されることを特徴とする、弁(1)。 - 前記アーマチャ(4)の前記外面(35)には、環状の凹所(38)が形成され、前記凹所(38)に前記絞り要素(30)が挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記ハウジング部分(6)の前記内壁(31)には、環状の凹所(40)が形成され、前記凹所(40)に前記絞り要素(30)が挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記絞り要素(30)は、ピストンリング(30)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記絞り要素(30)は、少なくとも部分的に金属材料で形成され、及び/又は、少なくとも部分的にプラスチックで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記絞り要素(30)は、前記ハウジング部分(6)の前記内壁(31)又は前記アーマチャ(4)の前記外面(35)に関して、以下のように形成され、即ち、前記絞り要素(30)と前記ハウジング部分(6)の前記内壁(31)との間又は前記絞り要素(30)と前記アーマチャ(4)の前記外面(35)との間での、摩擦が生じない相対運動が保証されるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記絞り要素(30)は、前記ハウジング部分(6)の前記内壁(31)又は前記アーマチャ(4)の前記外面(35)に関して、以下のように形成され、即ち、少なくとも、前記開放方向(16)と逆向きに前記アーマチャ(4)が操作された際には、前記絞り要素(30)と前記ハウジング部分(6)の前記内壁(31)との間又は前記絞り要素(30)と前記アーマチャ(4)の前記外面(35)との間に、摩擦力が発生するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記膜(30)によって、前記開放方向(16)への前記アーマチャ(4)の移動の際には、前記開放方向(16)と逆向きの前記アーマチャ(4)の対応する移動の際よりも、前記環状空隙(36)を通るより大きな貫流(Q1)が可能となることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記絞り要素(30)は、前記開放方向(16)と逆向きに前記アーマチャ(4)が移動した際には、前記環状空隙(36)を通る前記貫流(Q1)を遮断し、及び/又は、前記アーマチャ(4)には、貫通する少なくとも1つの絞り孔(33、34)が形成され、前記絞り孔(33、34)によって、前記アーマチャ(4)を通る流量調整された貫流(Q2)が可能となることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の弁。
- 前記弁ニードル(5)に関して前記開放方向(16)と逆向きに初期ポジションへと前記アーマチャ(4)に負荷を加える戻しばね(17)が設けられ、前記絞り要素(30)と前記戻しばね(17)とは、連続して行われる2回の操作の間に前記アーマチャ(4)が少なくともほぼ前記初期ポジションに戻るように、調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射弁である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
