Claims (8)
- 順に連通される多段の圧縮ユニットを備え、
各段ごとの前記圧縮ユニットは、
拡散チャンバ(1)と、
それに対応して設けられた前記拡散チャンバ(1)の流通面積を変更させるための、遠心式圧縮機の軸方向に移動可能に設けられる可動部材(21)を含む拡散チャンバ調節装置と、を含み、
各段ごとの前記拡散チャンバ調節装置は、
前記可動部材(21)に駆動連結される伝達ロッド(22)と、
前記拡散チャンバ(1)の腔壁に固定連結されるガイド構造であって、前記伝達ロッド(22)が前記ガイド構造に対して前記遠心式圧縮機の軸方向に移動可能に設けられるガイド構造と、をさらに含み、
各段ごとの前記拡散チャンバ調節装置は、自体における前記可動部材(21)を、対応する前記拡散チャンバ(1)の流通面積が最大限になるように移動させるための復元機構(25)、をさらに含み、
前記拡散チャンバ(1)は、第1腔壁と、前記第1腔壁と離間して設けられる第2腔壁とで囲まれてなり、前記ガイド構造は、前記伝達ロッド(22)の外周に外挿されるブッシュ(23)を含み、前記ブッシュ(23)は、前記第1腔壁に開設された収容孔内に固定し、
前記ブッシュ(23)の内周面上に収容溝が開設されており、前記ガイド構造は、前記収容溝内に設けられた前記伝達ロッド(22)と滑合する支持ベルト(26)をさらに含み、
給気口と、
駆動装置と、
それぞれ前記駆動装置に駆動連結される複数の伝動軸(4)であって、前記給気口に最も近い前記圧縮ユニットの前記伝動ロッド(22)が前記伝動軸(4)に伝動連結され、残った各段の圧縮ユニットの前記伝動ロッド(22)が、それぞれそれより上位段の前記圧縮ユニットの前記可動部材(21)に伝動連結される複数の伝動軸(4)と、をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記復元機構(25)は、
前記伝達ロッド(22)の端部に連結されるバッフルプレート(251)と、
前記ブッシュ(23)の外周に外挿されるバネ(252)であって、前記第1腔壁上の前記収容孔が前記ブッシュ(23)とフィットする第1区分と、前記バネ(252)とフィットする第2区分とを有し、前記バネ(252)が、前記第1区分と前記第2区分とを接続する段差面と、前記バッフルプレート(251)との間に位置するバネ(252)と、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記可動部材(21)は、前記遠心式圧縮機の軸線を中心とした円環を含み、前記第1腔壁上には、前記円環とフィットする凹溝が開設されており、前記収容孔は、前記凹溝の底部に設けられた前記伝達ロッド(22)が通過するための開口を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記ガイド構造は、前記伝達ロッド(22)と同軸に設けられた少なくとも1つのガイドリング(24)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記給気口に設けられる複数の入口案内翼(3)をさらに備え、
前記駆動装置は、前記複数の入口案内翼(3)に駆動連結され、
前記複数の伝動軸(4)は、前記複数の入口案内翼(3)の1つごとに個別に駆動連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のうちいずれか一項に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 1つの前記伝動軸(4)に外挿されながら、1つの前記伝動ロッド(22)に対応して設けられる少なくとも1つの駆動輪(5)、をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記駆動輪(5)は、カム又は偏心軸受であり、前記駆動輪(5)に対応する前記伝動ロッド(22)の第1端は、前記駆動輪(5)の外周面に当接し、前記駆動輪(5)に対応する前記伝動ロッド(22)の第2端は前記可動部材(21)に連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項に記載の遠心式圧縮機を備えることを特徴とする遠心機ユニット。
