Claims (5)
- 柱接合用部材であって、
略矩形の本体部と、前記本体部の下面に設けられ、中央に向かうにつれて突出量が大きくなる凸部とを有し、
前記凸部の中央部には、前記本体部の厚み方向に向けて、貫通孔または非貫通穴である除肉部が形成され、
前記凸部および前記除肉部は、前記本体部の各辺に平行な前記本体部の中心線を対称軸とした際に、いずれの対称軸に対しても線対称に形成され、
前記凸部は、前記本体部の下面から徐々に突出量が大きくなるテーパ部と、前記テーパ部の頂部であって、前記除肉部の縁部に形成されるリブとからなることを特徴とする柱接合用部材。 - 前記除肉部は、前記本体部を貫通する貫通孔であり、
前記凸部の頂部側から上面側に向かうにつれて、前記凸部の頂部から前記本体部の厚み内までの範囲においては、前記除肉部が略一定の傾斜で縮径され、前記本体部の厚み内の範囲において急激に縮径されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の柱接合用部材。 - 前記除肉部は、前記本体部の所定の深さまで形成される非貫通穴であり、前記本体部の上面側には薄肉部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の柱接合用部材。
- 柱接合用部材を用いた柱の接合構造であって、
柱接合用部材は、上面が平坦な本体部と、前記本体部の下面に設けられ、中央に向かうにつれて突出量が大きくなる凸部とを有し、
前記凸部の中央部には、貫通孔または非貫通穴である除肉部が形成され、
前記凸部および前記除肉部は、前記本体部の各辺に平行な前記本体部の中心線を対称軸とした際に、いずれの対称軸に対しても線対称に形成され、
前記凸部は、前記本体部の下面から徐々に突出量が大きくなるテーパ部と、前記テーパ部の頂部であって、前記除肉部の縁部に形成されるリブとからなり、
前記柱接合用部材の下面に、中空の第1の柱が接合され、前記柱接合用部材の上面には、前記第1の柱よりもサイズの小さな中空の第2の柱が接合され、
前記第2の柱の全ての側面の位置が、平面視において、前記リブの内縁よりも外側に位置し、
前記第2の柱は、前記本体部に対して少なくとも一方の側に偏心しており、前記第2の柱の当該一方の側の外側面の位置が、前記第1の柱の対応する外側面の位置と一致するとともに、前記第2の柱の偏心方向とは逆方向の前記第2の柱の側面における、最も前記除肉部に近くなる部位における前記第2の柱の肉厚の中心位置が、平面視において、前記凸部の範囲内に位置することを特徴とする柱の接合構造。 - 前記第2の柱の偏心方向とは逆方向の前記第2の柱の側面における、最も前記除肉部に近くなる部位における前記第2の柱の肉厚の中心位置が、平面視において、前記リブの範囲内に位置することを特徴とする請求項4記載の柱の接合構造。
