Claims (10)
- 内燃機関への冷媒を送出する内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ(10)において、
固定のポンプフレーム(20)と、
前記内燃機関によって駆動可能な駆動ホイール(30)と、
前記駆動ホイール(30)によって駆動可能なポンプホイール(40)と、
前記ポンプホイール(40)に前記駆動ホイール(30)を結合する切り換え可能な摩擦クラッチ(50)と
を具備し、
前記摩擦クラッチ(50)は、
シフト可能なクラッチディスク(51)及び対応する摩擦面(52)であって、
前記クラッチディスク(51)が強磁性材料からなっていて、前記ポンプホイール(40)に接続されて前記ポンプホイール(40)と共に回転し且つ係合位置と非係合位置との間で軸線方向にシフト可能であり、
前記対応する摩擦面(52)が前記駆動ホイール(30)に配置されている、シフト可能なクラッチディスク(51)及び対応する摩擦面(52)と、
前記非係合位置に向けて前記シフト可能なクラッチディスク(51)に予荷重の力で軸線方向の予荷重を付与する予荷重ばね(53)と、
前記ポンプフレーム(20)に固定されてなる永久的に磁化された固定の永久磁石(54)であって、前記摩擦面(52)に向けて前記シフト可能なクラッチディスク(51)を前記係合位置に押しやる軸線方向の磁気吸引力をもたらす固定の永久磁石(54)と、
前記固定の永久磁石(54)と共に磁気回路に配置された電磁石(55)であって、励磁された電磁石(55)が前記固定の永久磁石(54)の分極とは逆の分極を発生する極性化でもって作動されて前記シフト可能なクラッチディスク(51)に対する前記固定の永久磁石(54)の総磁気吸引力を減少させ、この結果、前記シフト可能なクラッチディスク(51)が前記予荷重ばね(53)によって前記非係合位置に押しやられる、電磁石(55)と、
前記電磁石(55)とは別個の強磁性体(56)と
を含み、
前記固定の永久磁石(54)は樹脂結合の永久磁石体(58)であり、該永久磁石体(58)は樹脂母材に埋設された永久的な磁気粒子を含み、
前記強磁性体(56)は前記ポンプフレーム(20)に固定され、
前記固定の永久磁石(54)は前記電磁石(55)を支持している、ことを特徴とする内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。 - 前記固定の永久磁石(54)の前記磁気粒子はハードフェライトである、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
- 前記固定の永久磁石(54)の前記磁気粒子は希土類からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
- 前記固定の永久磁石(54)はリング形体である、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
- 前記固定の永久磁石(54)の軸線方向長さは前記駆動ホイール(30)の軸線方向長さの少なくとも1/4である、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
- 前記強磁性体(56)は樹脂結合のフェライト体であり、該フェライト体は樹脂の母材に埋設された強磁性粒子を含む、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
- 前記永久磁石(54)の軸線方向長さは前記強磁性体(56)の軸線方向長さの少なくとも1/2である、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
- 前記電磁石(55)はリング状コイルを備えている、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
- 前記電磁石(55)が励磁されないなら、前記固定の永久磁石(54)の前記吸引力は前記予荷重ばね(53)の予荷重よりも大きい、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
- 前記駆動ホイール(30)と前記固定の永久磁石(54)との間の径方向のギャップは1.0mmよりも小さい、請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の内燃機関の冷媒ポンプ。
