Description
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分;
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分100部当たり49〜51部のカーボンブラック;
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分100部当たり1〜6部の変性パラアラミド短繊維;及び
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分100部当たり1〜6部のヘキサメチレン−1,6−ビス
(チオサルファート)・二ナトリウム塩・脱水物。
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分;
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分100部当たり50部のカーボンブラック;
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分100部当たり3部の変性パラアラミド短繊維;及び
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分100部当たり3部のヘキサメチレン−1,6−ビス(チオサルファート)・二ナトリウム塩・脱水物。
−ゴム成分、カーボンブラック、及び変性パラアラミド短繊維を混合するステップ;並びに
−その後、そのように得られた混合物を、ヘキサメチレン−1,6−ビス(チオスルファト)・二ナトリウム塩・脱水物と混合するステップ。
−Teijinから入手可能なSulfron 3001(登録商標)化合物など、変性パラアラミド短繊維;
−カーボンブラック;及び
−ヘキサメチレン1,6−ビス(チオスルファト)・二ナトリウム塩・脱水物、例えば、Flexsysから入手可能なDuralink(登録商標)化合物。
−一方の鋼カラー4とそれぞれの円形平坦要素6aとの間の第1の区域7;
−円形平坦要素6a間の第2の区域9;及び
−それぞれの円形平坦要素6aと他方の鋼カラー4との間の第3の区域8。
Claims (7)
- 複数のブッシュ(2)を有するディスク本体を備えるディスク型フレキシブルカップリングであって、前記ブッシュ(2)が、円周に沿って互いに間隔を空けて配置されており、隣接するブッシュの各対が、それらの周りに巻かれた糸(10)によって接続され、前記ブッシュ(2)及び前記糸(10)が、構成物(5)の内部層に組み込まれ、
前記構成物(5)は、
−少なくとも1つのゴム成分;
−前記少なくとも1つのゴム成分100重量部当たり49〜51重量部のカーボンブラック;
−前記少なくとも1つのゴム成分100重量部当たり1〜6重量部の変性パラアラミド短繊維;及び
−前記少なくとも1つのゴム成分100重量部当たり1〜6重量部のヘキサメチレン−1,6−ビス(チオサルファート)・二ナトリウム塩・脱水物を含むことを特徴とするディスク型フレキシブルカップリング。 - 前記糸(10)がナイロンからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカップリング。
- 前記糸(10)が、隣接するブッシュの各対の周りに巻かれた複数のナイロンループを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカップリング。
- ナイロンである前記糸が、前及び後ろのループのネストとして組まれることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のカップリング。
- 少なくとも1つのブッシュ、2つの端部カラー(4)、及び中間U字形要素(6)が取り付けられ、それにより、前記糸を所定位置に保持するための3つの区域:−一方の端部カラー(4)と前記U字形要素(6)との間の第1の区域(7);−前記U字形要素(6)の構成要素間の第2の区域(9);及び−前記U字形要素(6)の1つの構成要素と他方の端部カラー(4)との間の第3の区域(8)が画定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 前記構成物(5)は、
−前記少なくとも1つのゴム成分;
−前記少なくとも1つのゴム成分100重量部当たり50重量部のカーボンブラック;
−前記少なくとも1つのゴム成分100重量部当たり3重量部の変性パラアラミド短繊維;及び
−前記少なくとも1つのゴム成分100重量部当たり3重量部のヘキサメチレン−1,6−ビス(チオサルファート)・二ナトリウム塩・脱水物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカップリング。 - 前記少なくとも1つのゴム成分が、ポリイソプレンゴム、天然ゴム、又はそれらの混合物を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
