Claims (5)
- 天然植物性殺菌剤の製造方法であって、
下準備ステップI:大根200と清潔な水20を準備し、
準備ステップII:前記大根200の汚れ、損傷部分、ひげ根部分を取り除いて洗い、次いで、大根をカットし(即ち、カットされた大根201)、
抽出ステップIII:前記カットされた大根201と前記清潔な水20を抽出機A中に入れて、前記清潔な水20、1000グラムに対して、前記カットされた大根201を50〜900グラム混合し、物理的な粉砕方法を使用して及び攪拌した後、初期材料30を得て、前記初期材料30は、大根の汁10、前記清潔な水20及び大根の繊維40を含み、前記大根の汁10内には、前記抽出機Aによって物理的方法により前記大根200の細胞壁を破壊した後放出されたグルコシノレート50及びミロスノーゼ60が含まれ、前述の両者は、前記清潔な水20に混合された後、加水分解反応を生成し、除々にイソチオシアン酸エステル11が大量に生成され、
ろ過ステップIV:反応後の前記初期材料30を、ろ過装置Bによってろ過し、再度第一容器C中に入れ、大根の繊維40を分離させて、ろ過後は反応物1となり、
曝気ステップV:前記反応物1を曝気槽D内に入れて、前記曝気槽D内に無塵無菌の大量のマイクロバブルを導入して、前記反応物1中の辛味成分アリルイソチオシアネートを取り除き、
充填ステップVI:上述の既に曝気された前記反応物1を第二容器E中に分けて入れた後、密封して、天然植物性殺菌剤100を生成すると共に、−20℃〜15℃の温度範囲内に入れて保存することを特徴とする天然植物性殺菌剤の製造方法。 - 前記準備ステップIIはさらに、前記大根200を洗った後に少なくとも0.5時間静置して、乾燥させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天然植物性殺菌剤の製造方法。
- 前記清潔な水20は、塩化物イオンを含まない純水、蒸留水を指すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天然植物性殺菌剤の製造方法。
- 前記曝気の時間は少なくとも0.5時間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天然植物性殺菌剤の製造方法。
- 前記カットされた大根201は手動によるカット、または機械によるカットにより実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天然植物性殺菌剤の製造方法。
