Description
本出願は、2015年06月17日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2015−0085812号及び2016年06月10日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2016−0072077号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
実施例及び比較例で使用された(A)ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体、(C−1〜C−4)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体、(D)難燃剤及び(E)添加剤は、次の通りである。
粘度0.38±0.02dl/g、揮発性0.6重量%以下、白色度95%以上、及び体積密度0.6±0.2g/mlのポリ(フェニレンエーテル)樹脂(Mitsubishi Enginnering Plastics、製品名:PX100F)を使用した。
スチレン含量30%、重量平均分子量75,000g/mol、メルトインデックス(230℃/2.16kg)1.5〜2.5g/10min及び硬度80のスチレン系ブロック共重合体(LCY Chemical、製品名:LCY 9552)を使用した。
スチレン含量13%、重量平均分子量100,000g/mol、メルトインデックス(230℃/5kg)21g/10min及び硬度53のスチレン系ブロック共重合体(LCY Chemical、製品名:LCY 9557)を使用した。
スチレン含量13%、重量平均分子量105,000g/mol、メルトインデックス(230℃/5kg)22g/10min及び硬度47のスチレン系ブロック共重合体(Kraton、製品名:SBC G 1657)を使用した。
スチレン含量31.5%、重量平均分子量241,000g/mol及び硬度60のスチレン系ブロック共重合体(Kraton、製品名:SBC G 1651)を使用した(メルトインデックス(230℃/5kg)は、流れが観測されなかった)。
スチレン含量30%、重量平均分子量95,000g/mol、メルトインデックス(230℃/5kg)1g/10min未満及び硬度72のスチレン系ブロック共重合体(Kraton、製品名:SBC G 1650)を使用した。
リン含量23〜24%のアルミニウムジエチルホスフェート(Clariant、製品名:OP 1230)、常温液状型リン系難燃剤としてビスフェノール−A−ジフェニルホスフェート(Adeka、製品名:FP−600)及び窒素系難燃剤として窒素含量39〜42%、リン含量14〜17%のメラミンポリホスフェート(DOOBON、製品名:NONFLA 601)を混合して使用した。
添加剤として、シリコン(silicon)系及びアミド(amide)系滑剤の混合、フェノール系及びポスファイト系抗酸化剤の混合、ミネラルオイル、及び潤滑剤を使用した。
(A)ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)32重量%、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体28重量%、(C−1)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体18重量%、(D)難燃剤16重量%及び(E)添加剤6重量%をスーパーミキサー(super mixer)を用いて混合し、二軸押出機を使用して200〜290℃の区間で溶融及び混練して、押出加工を通じてペレット状の樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記実施例1において、(A)ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)34重量%、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体26重量%、(C−2)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体16重量%、(D)難燃剤17重量%及び(E)添加剤7重量%を混合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で行った。
下記表1に記載されたように、(A)ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)28重量%、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体26重量%、(C−1)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体21重量%、(D)難燃剤19重量%及び(E)添加剤6重量%を混合した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で行った。
前記実施例2において、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体の代わりに、(C−3)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体を同量投入した以外は、実施例2と同様の方法で行った。
前記実施例2において、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体の代わりに、(C−4)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体を同量投入した以外は、実施例2と同様の方法で行った。
前記実施例2において、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体の代わりに(C−3)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体を、(C−2)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体の代わりに(C−1)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体をそれぞれ同量投入した以外は、実施例2と同様の方法で行った。
前記実施例2において、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体の代わりに(C−4)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体を、(C−2)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体の代わりに(C−1)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体をそれぞれ同量投入した以外は、実施例2と同様の方法で行った。
下記表1に記載されたように、(A)ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)19重量%、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体33重量%、(C−1)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体16重量%、(D)難燃剤25重量%及び(E)添加剤7重量%を混合した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で行った。
下記表1に記載されたように、(A)ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)41重量%、(B)低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体8重量%、(C−1)高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体23重量%、(D)難燃剤21重量%及び(E)添加剤7重量%を混合した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で行った。
前記実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜6で製造されたペレット状の樹脂組成物を、80℃で4時間の間乾燥させ、常温で1日放置した後、ワイヤコーティング押出機(Wire coating extruder、ドイツ所在のサーモサイエンティフィック(Thermo Scientific)社の19O HAAKE extruder)を用いて、押出条件220〜270℃で80rpm、35m/minの線速で押出して、ケーブル試片を製造した。
前記実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜6で収得したポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物のケーブル試片の物性を、次の方法で測定し、その結果を下記の表1に示す。
*重量平均分子量:Agilent 1200 series GPCを用いてPCスタンダード(PC standard)で検量して測定した。測定方法は、次の通りである。
- Column: Polymer Lab mixed B X 2
- Solvent: Tetrahydrofuran (0.45μm filtered)
- Flow: 1.0ml/min
- Injection volume: 100μL (0.45μm filtered)
- Running time: 25min
- Detector: Agilent RI detector
<実験過程>
1)試料を適当量取ってTHFに1mg/mlの濃度で溶解し、0.45μmのシリンジフィルター(syringe filter)で濾過する。
Claims (13)
- ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂20〜40重量%、
重量平均分子量が90,000g/mol以下である低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体15〜35重量%、
重量平均分子量が95,000g/mol以上である高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体10〜30重量%、
難燃剤1〜20重量%、及び
添加剤0〜20重量%を含み、
前記低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体は、スチレン含量が20〜40重量%であり、
前記高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体は、スチレン含量が10〜25重量%である
ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂はポリ(フェニレンエーテル)樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体は、重量平均分子量が80,000g/mol以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記低分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体は、メルトインデックス(230℃/2.16kg)が3g/10min以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体は、重量平均分子量が100,000g/mol以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記高分子量スチレン系ブロック共重合体は、メルトインデックス(230℃/5kg)が15g/10min以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記スチレン系ブロック共重合体はスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記添加剤は、ミネラルオイル、熱安定剤、滑剤、酸化防止剤、光安定剤、鎖延長剤、反応触媒、離型剤、顔料、染料、帯電防止剤、抗菌剤、加工助剤、金属不活性化剤、発煙抑制剤、フッ素系滴下防止剤、無機充填剤、ガラス繊維、耐摩擦耐摩耗剤及びカップリング剤からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物は、メルトインデックス(250℃/10kg)が20g/10min以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物は、引張強度が240kgf/cm2以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物は、伸び率が175%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物は、ショアA硬さが80〜97であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物で被覆されたことを特徴とする、ケーブル。
