Description
実施例1〜5、比較例1〜4、及び参照例1及び2
下記表1に示された成分及び含量通りに混合した後、二軸押出機(twin−screw extruder)で240〜250℃に設定(供給器(feeder:材料投入部)の温度は240℃、その他の残余部の温度は250℃に設定)し、溶融/混練させて押出加工した。最終的にペレット化した後、80℃で4時間の間乾燥させた後、常温で1日放置した後、ワイヤコーティング押出機(wire coating extruder:ドイツ所在のサーモサイエンティフィック社(Thermo Scientific)の9Φ HAAKE extruder)を用いてケーブルとして押出(押出条件を240〜250℃に(供給器(feeder:材料投入部)の温度は240℃、その他の残余部の温度は250℃に)、そして、速度80rpm、30m/分(min.)に設定)し、その試片で物性評価を行い、その結果を下記表1に示す。

−PP:ポリプロピレン;大韓民国所在のPolyMirae社のEC5082(EBR(エチレンブタジエンゴム)含量7%、溶融指数:23g/10min.)
−FR1:第2のリン系難燃剤として金属リン酸塩;アルミニウムジエチルホスフェート(aluminium diehtylphosphate);日本国所在のクラリアント社(Clariant)のOP 1230(リン含量23〜24%)
−FR2:窒素系難燃剤としてメラミンポリホスフェート(Melamine Polyphosphate);大韓民国所在のドボン社(DOOBON)のNONFLA 601(窒素含量39〜42%、リン含量14〜17%)
−FR3:常温液状型リン系難燃剤としてビスフェノール−A−ジフェニルホスフェート(BPADP);日本国所在のアデカ社(Adeka)のFP−600。
Claims (4)
- ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂、ビニル芳香族系樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂、常温液状型難燃剤及び補助難燃剤の合計100重量%を基準として、
ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂20〜35重量%、
ビニル芳香族系樹脂20〜35重量%、
オレフィン系樹脂5〜20重量%を含むマトリックス樹脂と、
常温液状型難燃剤3〜8重量%及び
補助難燃剤8〜20重量%を含むことを特徴とする、難燃性熱可塑性樹脂組成物であり、 前記常温液状型難燃剤は、常温液状型リン系難燃剤であり、
前記常温液状型リン系難燃剤が、ビスフェノール−A−ジフェニルホスフェート(BPADP:bisphenol−A−diphenyl phosphate)、トリフェニルホスフェート(TPP:tri−phenyl phosphate)、レゾルシノールビスジフェニルホスフェート(RDP:resorcinol bis diphenyl phosphate)及びこれらの2つ以上の混合物からなる群から選択されるものであり、
前記補助難燃剤が、前記常温液状型リン系難燃剤以外の第2のリン系難燃剤1〜5重量%をさらに含み、
前記第2のリン系難燃剤が、金属リン酸塩を含み、
前記金属リン酸塩が、アルミニウムジアルキルホスフェートであり、
前記補助難燃剤が、メラミンポリホスフェート、メラミンピロホスフェート及びメラミンホスフェートからなる群から選択された1種以上の窒素系難燃剤7〜15重量%を更に含む難燃性熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記オレフィン系樹脂が、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、ポリプロピレン及びこれらの2つ以上の混合物からなる群から選択される樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の難燃性熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記難燃性熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、ASTM D1238に準拠して250℃、10kgの荷重で4分間滞留後、1分間測定して換算する方法に準拠して測定した溶融指数(Melt Index)が40〜150g/10min.であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の難燃性熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性熱可塑性樹脂組成物を含む電線。
