Description
Claims (4)
- 鋳造ホイール(1)内で銅アノード(6)を形成する方法であって、
固体の銅がアノード(6)に変化し、かつ、鋳造ホイール(1)内に位置する金型(2)から放出されるまで、銅(5)はダンピングシュート(3)内で液体溶融状態にあって、かつ、レードル(4)に移される、銅アノード(6)を形成する方法において、
前記方法は、液体溶融状態の銅(5)が前記レードル(4)の縁部及びエジェクターロッド(13)と前記金型(2)に位置する貫通穴(12)との間に生じる隙間(14)に付着するのを防ぎ、
(a)分配ダンピングシュート(3)からレードル(4)の方に溶融液体銅を注ぐ段階と、
(b)前記レードル(4)の金属成分を地面に接続し、正電荷(17)を生成する段階と、
(c)乾燥粉末離型剤(20)の粒子を高電圧及び負電荷(18)に荷電するノズル(21)によって吐出された前記乾燥粉末離型剤(20)を含む空気噴流(19)を、前記レードル(4)の縁部(へり)の方に噴霧する段階と、
(d)前記金型(2)の金属成分を地面に接続し、正電荷(17)を生成する段階と、
(e)前記乾燥粉末離型剤(20)の粒子を高電圧及び負電荷(18)に荷電するノズル(21)を通る空気噴流(19)によって、前記乾燥粉末離型剤(20)を、前記金型(2)のキャビティ(11)及び前記エジェクターロッド(13)の位置領域の方に噴霧する段階と、
(f)前記レードル(4)からアノードの金型(2)のキャビティ(11)に溶融液体銅(5)を注ぐ段階と、
(g)前記鋳造ホイール(1)の回転によってアノード(6)を形成するために、銅が冷却されるまで待機する段階と、
(h)前記エジェクターロッド(13)を駆動させ、前記金型(2)の前記キャビティ(11)から前記アノード(6)を放出する段階と、
(i)クレーンによって前記金型(2)から前記アノード(6)を取り出す段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする銅アノード(6)を形成する方法。 - 前記ノズル(21)が、前記鋳造ホイール(1)の上方につるされたカート(24)に設けられたロボットアーム(22)によって、レードル領域(4)を移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアノード(6)を形成する方法。
- 前記ノズル(21)が、前記鋳造ホイール(1)の上方につるされたカート(24)に設けられたロボットアーム(22)によって、金型領域(2)を移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアノード(6)を形成する方法。
- 前記ノズル(21)が、操作者(7)により遠隔に操作される手動工具によって、移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアノード(6)を形成する方法。
