Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la conformación de ánodos (6) de cobre en una rueda de moldeo (1), desde que el cobre está en estado líquido fundido (5) en una canaleta basculante (3) y es traspasado a una cuchara (4) hasta que el ánodo (6) de cobre sólido, transformado en un ánodo (6) y es expulsado desde un molde (2) localizado en dicha rueda de moldeo (1), en donde dicho proceso impide que el cobre líquido fundido (5) se pegue en el labio de la cuchara (4) y en el intersticio (14) generado entre las superficies del vástago de eyección (13) y la perforación pasante (12) localizadas en el molde (2), que comprende los pasos: (a) verter cobre líquido fundido desde una canaleta distribuidora basculante (3) hacia una cuchara (4); (b) conectar los componentes metálicos de la cuchara (4) a tierra para producir una carga positiva (17); (c) arrojar hacia el labio de la cuchara (4) un chorro de aire (19) con polvo seco (20) de desmoldante, el cual es expulsado por una boquilla (21) que carga las partículas de dicho polvo seco (20) con alto voltaje y carga negativa (18); (d) conectar los componentes metálicos del molde (2) a tierra para producir una carga positiva (17); (e) arrojar hacia la cavidad (11) del molde (2) y hacia la zona de localización del vástago eyector (13), polvo seco (20) de desmoldante a través de un chorro de aire (19), que pasa por una boquilla (21) que carga las partículas de dicho polvo seco (20) de desmoldante con alto voltaje y carga negativa (18); (f) verter el cobre líquido fundido (5) desde la cuchara (4) hacia la cavidad (11) de un molde (2) de ánodos; (g) esperar hasta que el cobre se enfríe para conformar el ánodo (6), mediante el giro de la rueda de moldeo (1); (h) accionar el vástago de eyección (13) para expulsar el ánodo (6) desde la cavidad (11) del molde (2); y (i) sacar el ánodo (6) del molde (2) por medio de grúas. La boquilla (21) es movida sobre la zona de la cuchara (4) y la zona del molde (2) por un brazo robótica (22) que está montado en un carro (24) suspendido por encima de la rueda de moldeo (1).
