Claims (8)
- 複数のキャリア周波数を切り替えるキャリア周波数設定部と、
所定の範囲のキャリア周波数を制限するキャリア周波数制限部と、
前記キャリア周波数設定部と前記キャリア周波数制限部とからPWM生成に用いるキャリア周波数を生成するキャリア周波数生成部と、
前記キャリア周波数生成部で生成されたキャリア周波数を用いてPWM出力信号を生成するPWM生成部と、
前記PWM出力信号を用いて交流電圧を出力する交流変換部と、
を備え、
前記キャリア周波数制限部は、前記複数のキャリア周波数およびそれぞれのn倍(nは正の整数)のキャリア周波数成分が前記所定の範囲のキャリア周波数の場合に、出力しないように制限することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 複数のキャリア周波数を切り替えるキャリア周波数設定部と、
所定の範囲のキャリア周波数を制限するキャリア周波数制限部と、
前記キャリア周波数設定部と前記キャリア周波数制限部とからPWM生成に用いるキャリア周波数を生成するキャリア周波数生成部と、
前記キャリア周波数生成部で生成されたキャリア周波数を用いてPWM出力信号を生成するPWM生成部と、
前記PWM出力信号を用いて交流電圧を出力する交流変換部と、
を備え、
前記キャリア周波数制限部は、前記複数のキャリア周波数およびそれぞれのn倍(nは正の整数)のキャリア周波数成分が前記所定の範囲のキャリア周波数の場合に、前記所定の範囲以外のキャリア周波数に比べて短期間で出力するように制御することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記キャリア周波数設定部は、前記切り替える複数のキャリア周波数のキャリア周波数範囲の最高値と最小値と刻み幅が設定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記キャリア周波数設定部は、前記切り替える複数のキャリア周波数として予め設定された複数のキャリア周波数が設定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - キャリア周波数を用いてPWM出力信号を生成し、該PWM出力信号を用いて交流電圧を出力する電力変換装置の出力電流ノイズの低減方法であって、
周期的に前記PWM出力信号の生成に用いるキャリア周波数を複数のキャリア周波数を切り替えてキャリア周波数を変動させ、前記複数のキャリア周波数およびそれぞれのn倍(nは正の整数)のキャリア周波数成分が所定の範囲のキャリア周波数の場合に、該所定の範囲のキャリア周波数を出力しないように制限することを特徴とする電力変換装置の出力電流ノイズの低減方法。 - キャリア周波数を用いてPWM出力信号を生成し、該PWM出力信号を用いて交流電圧を出力する電力変換装置の出力電流ノイズの低減方法であって、
周期的に前記PWM出力信号の生成に用いるキャリア周波数を複数のキャリア周波数を切り替えてキャリア周波数を変動させ、前記複数のキャリア周波数およびそれぞれのn倍(nは正の整数)のキャリア周波数成分が所定の範囲のキャリア周波数の場合に、前記所定の範囲以外のキャリア周波数に比べて短期間で出力するように前記所定の範囲のキャリア周波数を制御することを特徴とする電力変換装置の出力電流ノイズの低減方法。 - 請求項5または6に記載の電力変換装置の出力電流ノイズの低減方法であって、
前記切り替える複数のキャリア周波数は、該複数のキャリア周波数のキャリア周波数範囲の最高値と最小値と刻み幅が設定されることで決定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置の出力電流ノイズの低減方法。 - 請求項5または6に記載の電力変換装置の出力電流ノイズの低減方法であって、
前記切り替える複数のキャリア周波数は、予め設定された複数のキャリア周波数で決定されることを特徴とする電力変換装置の出力電流ノイズの低減方法。
