本体部1aの両側面において、シート41と連結する第1及び第2の連結部(図6B(c)における第1の連結部37a・第2の連結部37b)が形成されている。
Claims (4)
- 本体部と、前記本体部の両端に設けられた第1及び第2の端子部と、前記本体部の少なくとも一方の側部に突出部を有する抵抗素子の製造方法であって、
金属材からなるシート状またはフープ状の板状体を準備し、
前記板状体に、前記端子部の外周形状を画定するための孔を形成し、且つ、前記本体部の側部において板状体と連結した第1の連結部を形成する工程と、
前記第1の連結部において切断することによって本体部の側部に突出部を形成する工程と、を有することを特徴とする抵抗素子の製造方法。 - 前記第1の連結部における切断位置に依存する前記突出部の突出量により前記本体部の抵抗値を調整する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抵抗素子の製造方法。
- 前記本体部の他の側部に第2の連結部が形成され、
前記第2の連結部において切断する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の抵抗素子の製造方法。 - 前記第2の連結部には、予め少なくとも1の孔が形成されており、
前記第2の連結部を前記孔の形成部において切断することにより、前記本体部の他の側部に複数の突出部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の抵抗素子の製造方法。
