Claims (2)
- 除電処理室(1)内に除電用空気を供給するに当り、除電用空気の空気供給路(3)に、導電性繊維製撚糸で編んだテープ(12)の長手方向に沿う両端部を解してブラシ状としたテープ体を絶縁材で形成された枠体(20)に張設することで形成した電極装置(6)をテープ張設面が供給空気の流線と交差する姿勢に平面内で間隔を隔てて少なくとも一対並設し、一方の電極装置(6)に正電圧を、他方の電極装置(6)に負電圧を作用させてイオン化空気を生成することを特徴とする除電用空気発生装置
- 除電処理室(1)内に除電用空気を供給するに当り、除電用空気の空気供給路(3)に、絶縁材で形成された額縁状枠体(16)に導電性ワイヤ(15)を網目状に巻回した網体で構成した電極装置(6)を網目面が供給空気の流線と交差する姿勢に平面内で間隔を隔てて少なくとも一対並設し、一方の電極装置(6)に正電圧を、他方の電極装置(6)に負電圧を作用させてイオン化空気を生成することを特徴とする除電用空気発生装置。
