Claims (9)
- ガジョンピンを受けるための2つのピンボス(2)を備えた内燃エンジン用のピストン(1)であって、
各上記ピンボス(2)は、底部に底ポケット(3)を有し、
上記底ポケット(3)は、上記ピストン(1)のピストン軸(4)の軸方向であって上記ピストン(1)の外方へ延び、
上記底ポケット(3)の長さ(L1)は、上記ピンボス(2)の長さ(L)の一部のみであり、
ピンボス軸(7)は、上記ピストン軸(4)から0.1〜1.0mmだけずれている
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - 請求項1において、
上記底ポケット(3)は、上記ピンボス(2)の長さ(L)の10〜75%にわたって延びている
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記底ポケット(3)は、0.1mm<T<1.0mmの深さを有する
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記底ポケット(3)の深さ(T)は、上記ピストン軸(4)の軸方向であって上記ピストン(1)の外方へ向かうにつれて浅くなっている
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項において、
上記ピンボス(2)は、対称または非対称に形成されたピンボアとして構成されている
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記ピンボス(2)は、円形状を有し、
上記底ポケット(3)は、上記ピンボス(2)の、上記ピストン(1)の内側からの側面視において、上記ピンボス(2)の外周のうち上記底ポケット(3)の両端を結ぶ円弧の中心角をWとして、30°<W<130°の周方向角度にわたって延びている
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記ピンボス(2)は、重なり合った横向き楕円形状または縦向き楕円形状を有する
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項において、
上記ピンボス(2)は、オイルポケットを有する
ことを特徴とするピストン。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記ピンボス(2)は、周部潤滑溝(8)を有する
ことを特徴とするピストン。
