Description
Claims (4)
- 触媒反応器の一側面に設けられる開口部と、前記開口部から対向する側面に向けて隣り合うように装入される複数の触媒カセットと、を備える触媒反応器であって、
前記複数の触媒カセットを固定する固定部材が設けられているとともに、
前記固定部材は、前記複数の触媒カセットの上面で、かつ、前記開口部から対向する側面に沿って延びる板状部材と、前記開口部を閉塞する蓋部材によって付勢されることで、前記板状部材の一端を押圧する押さえ部材と、を備え、
前記押さえ部材は、略直方体形状に形成され、排気上流側であるその方面に勾配部を有し、
前記押さえ部材の勾配部は、前記板状部材に設けられている勾配部と略同一の傾斜角度に構成されている
ことを特徴とする触媒反応器。 - 前記板状部材は、前記開口部を介して装入される前記複数の触媒カセットのうち、幅方向に隣り合う触媒カセットの間を上面から覆うように配置され、
前記板状部材は、前記隣り合う触媒カセットの間で、かつ、排気の流れ方向からみて前記触媒カセットの触媒部に重ならない位置で、前記触媒カセットの外周部上に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒反応器。 - 前記押さえ部材には、前記開口部側への突出部が設けられ、
前記突出部は、前記押さえ部材に取り付けられているピン及び座金によって構成され、
前記ピンは、円板状に形成されている頭部を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の触媒反応器。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の触媒反応器を備えた船舶。
