Abstract
Description
そこで、本発明の触媒反応器及びこれを備えた船舶では、複数の触媒カセットを触媒反応器に容易に固定することができる触媒反応器を提供することを課題とする。
排気浄化装置1は、発電機33等の動力源であるエンジン31から排出される排気を浄化するものである。排気浄化装置1は、エンジン31に接続される排気管11に設けられる。排気管11は、ファンネル103まで延びていて外部に直接連通される。排気浄化装置1は、尿素水噴射ノズル2、尿素供給流路3、空気供給流路4、加圧空気弁5、エアタンク6、加圧空気供給ポンプ(コンプレッサ)7、切替弁8、尿素水供給ポンプ9、尿素水タンク10、触媒反応器12、制御装置30等を具備する。
触媒反応器12は、筐体13、エンジン31からの排気を還元する触媒カセット、触媒カセットを筐体13内において支持する支持枠、触媒カセットを固定する固定部材34等を具備する。
図8及び図9に示すように、固定部材34は、開口部から対向する側面に沿って配置され、開口部を閉塞する蓋部材によって付勢されることで、複数の触媒カセットを、その上面から押圧するものである。
Claims (4)
- 触媒反応器の一側面に設けられる開口部と、
前記開口部から対向する側面に向けて隣り合うように装入される複数の触媒カセットと、を備える触媒反応器であって、
前記開口部を閉塞する蓋部材によって付勢されることで、前記複数の触媒カセットの上面から押圧する固定部材が設けられ、
前記固定部材は、前記開口部から対向する側面に沿って配置されることを特徴とする触媒反応器。 - 前記触媒カセットは、排気中のNOxを還元する触媒部と、前記触媒部の側面を覆う枠体によって構成される外周部と、を備え、
前記固定部材は、隣り合う前記触媒カセット間で、かつ、前記外周部上に配置される請求項1に記載の触媒反応器。 - 前記隣り合う触媒カセット間には、前記開口部から対向する側面に沿って充填材が設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の触媒反応器。
- 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の触媒反応器を備えた船舶。
