後部座席下には、他の水素タンク(例えば後述の実施形態における第1水素タンクHT1)が設けられ、
前記他の水素タンクの高さ(例えば後述の実施形態における高さH4)は、前記第2重量部の高さよりも低い。
また、ラゲッジルーム下に配置される第2重量部の高さは、フロントルームに配置される第1重量部の高さより低いので、ラゲッジルームの床面の高さを抑えることができ、ラゲッジルームのスペースを確保できる。
さらに、バッテリを車室下に配置するとともに第2重量物をラゲッジルーム下に配置することで、車両の重心高さを低くすることができ、車両の運転性能を向上させることができる。
本発明の第1実施形態の車両Vは、図1に示すように、前部座席4及び後部座席5が設けられた車室INと、該車室INより前方に該車室INとは別空間として設けられたフロントルームFRと、該車室INより後方に、該車室INと同一空間として設けられたラゲッジルームLRと、を備えたハイブリッド車である。なお、ラゲッジルームLRは、車室INとは別空間として設けられていてもよく、一部が連通していてもよい。
図1及び図2に示すように、車室INの床面を形成するフロアパネル3の下方に配置されるバッテリユニット10は、主として複数のバッテリモジュール31〜33、DC−DCコンバータ30、バッテリ用ECU40及びこれらを収容するバッテリケース50を備える。
フロントルームFRに設けられる第1重量部W1は、図3及び図4に示すように、エンジンENGと、ジェネレータGEN及びモータMOTと、ジェネレータGEN及びモータMOTを制御するインバータIVTと、を備える。ジェネレータGEN及びモータMOTは、駆動装置ケース60に収容されてエンジンENGに隣接して配置され、駆動装置ケース60上にインバータIVTが配置されている。
ラゲッジルームLRに設けられる第2重量部W2は、エンジンENGにガソリン、天然ガス等の燃料を供給する燃料タンクFTと、外部電源から供給される電力によって複数のバッテリモジュール31〜33の充電を行う充電器CHGと、を備え、燃料タンクFTと充電器CHGとが車幅方向に隣り合うようにサブフレーム23に保持されている。
第1重量部W1と第2重量部W2の相対的位置関係を説明すると、第1重量部W1と第2重量部W2とがバッテリユニット10を挟んで前後に配置され、地面GNDを基準として、第2重量部W2の高さH2が第1重量部W1の高さH1よりも低くなっている。即ち、本実施形態において、第2重量部W2を構成する、燃料タンクFT及び充電器CHGの最上面の高さH2が、第1重量部W1を構成する、エンジンENG、ジェネレータGEN、モータMOT、及びインバータIVTの最上面の高さH1よりも低くなっている。これにより、ラゲッジルームLRの床面の高さを低く抑えることができ、ラゲッジルームLRのスペースを確保できる。
次に本発明の第2実施形態の車両Vについて説明する。なお、第2実施形態の車両Vは、第1実施形態と第1重量部W1及び第2重量部W2を構成する要素が異なるのみであり、同一の構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
フロントルームFRに設けられる第1重量部W1は、モータMOTと、モータMOTを制御するインバータIVTと、外部電源から供給される電力によって複数のバッテリモジュール31〜33の充電を行う充電器CHGと、を備える。
ラゲッジルームLRに設けられる第2重量部W2は、バッテリユニット10に収容される複数のバッテリモジュール31〜33とは別の、バッテリモジュール35を備え、バッテリモジュール35が、リヤサイドフレーム14,14に締結されるサブフレーム23に保持されている。
第1重量部W1と第2重量部W2の相対的位置関係を説明すると、第1重量部W1と第2重量部W2とがバッテリユニット10を挟んで前後に配置され、地面GNDを基準として、第2重量部W2の高さH2は、第1重量部W1の高さH1よりも低くなっている。即ち、本実施形態において、第2重量部W2を構成する、バッテリモジュール35の最上面の高さH2が、第1重量部W1を構成する、モータMOTと、インバータIVTと、充電器CHGの最上面の高さH1よりも低くなっている。これにより、第2実施形態の電気自動車においても、第1実施形態のハイブリッド自動車と同様に、ラゲッジルームLRの床面の高さを低く抑えることができ、ラゲッジルームLRのスペースを確保できる。また、車両Vの重心高さを低くすることができ、車両Vの運転性能を向上させることができる。
以下、本発明の第3実施形態の車両Vについて説明する。なお、第3実施形態の車両Vは、第1及び2実施形態と、車室IN下の構成、及び、第1重量部W1及び第2重量部W2を構成する要素が異なるのみであり、同一の構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
フロントルームFRに設けられる第1重量部W1は、モータMOTと、モータMOTを制御するインバータIVTと、燃料電池FCと、を備える。
ラゲッジルームLRに設けられる第2重量部W2は、第2水素タンクHT2を備え、第2水素タンクHT2がリヤサイドフレーム14,14に締結されるサブフレーム23に保持されている。
第1重量部W1と第2重量部W2の相対的位置関係を説明すると、第1重量部W1と第2重量部W2とがバッテリユニット10A及び第1水素タンクHT1を挟んで前後に配置され、地面GNDを基準として、第2重量部W2の高さH2は、第1重量部W1の高さH1よりも低くなっている。即ち、本実施形態において、第2重量部W2を構成する、第2水素タンクHT2の最上面の高さH2が、第1重量部W1を構成する、モータMOT、インバータIVT、及び燃料電池FCの最上面の高さH1よりも低くなっている。これにより、第3実施形態の燃料電池車においても、第1実施形態のハイブリッド自動車及び第2実施形態の電気自動車と同様に、ラゲッジルームLRの床面の高さを低く抑えることができ、ラゲッジルームLRのスペースを確保できる。
例えば、第1実施形態のハイブリッド車では、第2重量部W2に燃料タンクFTとともに充電器CHGを配置したが、必ずしも充電器CHGは必要ではなく、外部充電ができない仕様にしてもよい。
また、バッテリは、DC−DCコンバータ30、バッテリ用ECU40等のユニット化されていなくてもよい。バッテリとしては、リチウムイオン電池、ニッケル水素電池等の二次電池を用いることができる。

Claims (8)
- 座席が設けられた車室と、
該車室より前方に、該車室とは別空間として設けられたフロントルームと、
該車室より後方に、該車室と同一空間若しくは別空間として設けられたラゲッジルームと、
車輪を駆動する駆動部と該駆動部に燃料又は電力を供給する動力源との少なくとも一方を含む重量部と、
前記駆動部に電力を供給するバッテリと、を備え、
前記重量部は、第1重量部と第2重量部とを有し、
該第1重量部と該第2重量部とは、少なくとも一方が前記駆動部を含む、車両であって、
前記バッテリは、前記車室下に設けられ、
前記バッテリは少なくとも一部のバッテリモジュールが後部座席下に配置され、
前記バッテリモジュールの高さは、前記後部座席下の後方の方が、前記後部座席下の前方より低く、
前記バッテリの制御装置は、前記後部座席下の前方に配置されるバッテリモジュールの後方、且つ前記後部座席下の後方に配置されるバッテリモジュールの上方に配置され、
前記第1重量部は、前記フロントルームに設けられ、
前記第2重量部は、前記ラゲッジルーム下に設けられ、
前記第2重量部の高さは、前記第1重量部の高さよりも低い、車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両であって、
前記第1重量部は、電動機と、該電動機の通電制御を行う通電制御装置と、燃料電池と、を含み、
前記第2重量部は、水素タンクを含み、
燃料電池車である、車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両であって、
前記第1重量部は、エンジンと、電動機と、発電機と、該電動機及び該発電機の通電制御を行う通電制御装置と、を含み、
前記第2重量部は、燃料タンクを含み、
ハイブリッド車である、車両。 - 請求項3に記載の車両であって、
前記第2重量部は、さらに充電器を含む、車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両であって、
前記第1重量部は、電動機と、該電動機の通電制御を行う通電制御装置と、充電器と、を含み、
前記第2重量部は、他のバッテリを含み、
電気自動車である、車両。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両であって、
前記バッテリは、複数のバッテリモジュールから構成されるバッテリユニットをなし、
前記バッテリモジュールは、前部座席下及び後部座席下に配置され、後部座席の乗員の足元には配置されない、車両。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両であって、
前記第2重量部は、フレーム部材に固定され、
前記フレーム部材は、前後方向に延びる左右一対の車両骨格部材に固定される、車両。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車両であって、
前記バッテリの高さは、後部座席の下で最も高く、且つ、前記第2重量部の高さよりも低い、車両。
