Claims (13)
- 第1の面(110)及び第2の面(212)を有するセラミックマトリクス複合材(CMC)シート(102)を所定の形状に成形するための方法(400)であって、
CMCシート(102)の所定の形状に関連づけられた切断パターンと一致する複数のスロットを有するプレート(302)を用意するステップと、
前記プレート(302)の上に前記CMCシート(102)を載置するステップと、
前記CMCシート(102)の前記所定の形状及びタイプを表す入力信号を受信するステップ(402)と、
前記受信した入力信号に基づいて、レーザビーム(122)を選択するステップ(404)と、
前記選択されたレーザビーム(122)をCMCシート(102)上に投射して、前記CMCシート(102)を前記所定の形状に成形するステップ(406)と、
前記プレート(302)の下に難燃性構造体を設けるステップと
を含む方法(400)。 - 選択されたレーザビーム(122)が、1μs未満の幅及び/又は200nm〜11000nmの範囲の波長を有する複数の短いレーザパルスを含む、請求項1に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記プレート(302)は、アルミニウムプレートである、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法(400)。
- 識別されたビームプロファイルが、トップハット型ビームプロファイルを備える、請求項3に記載の方法。
- さらに、選択されたレーザビーム(122)をCMCシート(102)上に投射する前に、CMCシート(102)の第1の面(110)及び第2の面(212)にポリマーフィルム(208)を適用するステップを含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記プレート(302)の下に排気チャンバ又は真空チャンバが配置されたワークテーブル部(300)を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- CMCシート(102)の実質的な熱変形なしで、CMCシート(102)を所定の形状に成形する、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法(400)。
- セラミックマトリクス複合材(CMC)シート(102)を所定の形状に成形するためのシステムであって、
レーザ装置(106)と、
CMCシート(102)を載置するためのワークテーブル部(300)と
を含み、
前記ワークテーブル部(300)は、ベースプレート(304)と、該ベースプレート(304)の上面に配置されたプレート(302)とを備え、
前記プレート(302)は、前記CMCシート(102)の所定の形状に関連づけられた切断パターンと一致する複数のスロットを有し、
前記レーザ装置(106)は、
前記CMCシート(102)の前記所定の形状及びタイプを表す入力信号を受信するように構成されたユーザインターフェース(112)と、
前記ユーザインターフェース(112)に接続され、前記受信した入力信号に基づいて、レーザビーム(122)を選択するように構成されたプロセッサ(114)と、
前記プロセッサ(114)に接続され、前記選択されたレーザビーム(122)を前記CMCシート(102)上に投射するように構成されたビーム生成部であって、前記CMCシート(102)を前記所定の形状に成形する、ビーム生成部(118)と、
前記プレート(302)の下に位置づけられた難燃性構造体と
を備える、システム。 - さらに、プロセッサ(114)に接続され、複数のビームプロファイルを記憶するように構成されたメモリ(116)を備えていて、プロセッサ(114)が、受信した入力信号に基づいて、複数のビームプロファイルから1つのビームプロファイルを選択するように構成されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記プレート(302)がアルミニウムプレートである、請求項8乃又は9に記載のシステム。
- さらに、ビーム生成部(118)に接続され、生成されたレーザビーム(122)をCMCシート(102)の上で1つ以上の方向に案内するように構成されたガスノズル(120)を備える、請求項8乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- プロセッサ(114)は、200nm〜700nmの範囲の波長及び/又は1μs未満のパルス持続時間を有するレーザビーム(122)を選択するように構成されている、請求項8乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ワークテーブル部(300)は、前記プレート(302)の下に設けられた排気チャンバ又は真空チャンバを有する、請求項8乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
