Claims (7)
- モータの駆動に用いられ、直流電圧を交流電圧に変換すると共に、
前記モータに前記交流電圧を印加するインバータと、
前記直流電圧を検出する直流電圧検出部と、
前記インバータに流れる電流を検出する電流検出部と、
前記直流電圧検出部が検出した電圧の値および前記電流検出部が検出した電流の値を受領し、前記インバータのスイッチング素子を駆動するPWM信号を出力するインバータ制御部と、
を備え、
前記PWM信号の生成に使用するキャリア信号の位相と前記交流電圧の位相との位相差は60°の整数倍ではない値に設定され、前記PWM信号の周波数は前記交流電圧の周波数に同期し、且つ、前記PWM信号の周波数は前記交流電圧の周波数の3の整数倍である
モータ駆動装置。 - 前記交流電圧の1周期内において、前記キャリア信号の周期は固定される請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記電流検出部にはシャント抵抗が用いられ、前記シャント抵抗は、直流電力の供給源である直流電源の負電圧側に挿入される請求項1または2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記シャント抵抗は、前記インバータの各相下アームにおける少なくとも2相分の前記スイッチング素子と前記直流電源の負電圧側との間に挿入される請求項3に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子の少なくとも一つはワイドバンドギャップ半導体によって形成された請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のモータ駆動装置を搭載したヒートポンプ装置。
- 請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のモータ駆動装置を搭載した冷凍空調装置。
