Claims (20)
- ゲル状及び/又はペースト状の組成物用の塗布システム(100)の塗布ノズル(10)であって、前記組成物のための入口領域(12)および出口領域(14)を有し、前記塗布ノズル(10)の長手方向に延在する断面を有する、塗布ノズル(10)において、
前記塗布ノズル(10)の前記出口領域(14)が、前記断面に対して垂直に位置する基板に接する前記塗布ノズル(10)の接触領域(20)と、前記組成物のための出口開口(16)とを備え、
前記接触領域(20)と前記出口開口(16)とは別個の領域であり、前記接触領域の縁部が第1の平面にあり、前記出口開口の縁部が第2の平面にあり、前記接触領域(20)と前記出口開口(16)との境界は、前記第1の平面と前記第2の平面の交差する線によって規定され、
前記接触領域が、前記塗布ノズル(10)の長手方向軸線に対して、少なくとも部分的に傾斜しており、
前記塗布ノズル(10)の長手方向に延在する前記断面に垂直な方向からの側面視にて、前記塗布ノズル(10)の上側クラウン線(K1)と前記塗布ノズル(10)の長手方向軸線(X)のなす角度は、前記塗布ノズル(10)の下側クラウン線K2と前記長手方向軸線(X)のなす角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする、塗布ノズル(10)。 - 前記塗布ノズル(10)の長手方向に延在する断面が、対称な平面(E)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記出口開口が、前記接触領域によって形成される平面に隣接する表面に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記出口開口(16)が、前記接触領域(20)に隣接することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記塗布ノズルの前記接触領域(20)が、多角形の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記組成物のための前記出口開口(16)が、多角形であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記出口開口(16)が三角形であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記接触領域(20)の傾斜(30)が、50°〜85°の範囲の角度であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記接触領域(20)の傾斜(30)が、60°〜75°の範囲の角度であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記接触領域(20)の傾斜(30)が、65°〜70°の範囲の角度であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記塗布ノズルが、少なくとも1つの縁(40)及び/又はリブを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記縁(40)及び/又はリブが、略円形の断面を有する塗布ノズルに比べて、前記塗布ノズル(10)が大きな曲げ剛性及び/又はねじり剛性を有するように構成され形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記塗布ノズル(10)が、前記断面に関して、略多角形の断面又は多角形の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記塗布ノズル(10)が、少なくとも1つの凹形領域を有する断面又は形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項13までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記塗布ノズル(10)が、少なくとも1つの平坦化された側面(50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 前記塗布ノズル(10)が、2つの平坦化された側面(50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載された塗布ノズル(10)。
- 請求項1から請求項16までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)を有する、塗布システム(100)。
- 塗布装置(200)であって、請求項1から請求項16までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)を少なくとも1つ、又は請求項17に記載された塗布システム(100)を少なくとも1つ備える、塗布装置(200)。
- 前記塗布装置(200)が充電式電池によって作動する塗布装置(200)であることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載された、塗布装置(200)。
- 請求項1から請求項16までのいずれか一項に記載された塗布ノズル(10)又は請求項17に記載された塗布システム(100)又は請求項18又は請求項19に記載された塗布装置(200)によって、ゲル状及び/又はペースト状の組成物を塗布する方法。
