Claims (3)
- 母材がチタン合金であり、表面には炭化クロムからなる非晶質クロムめっき被膜が形成され、該非晶質クロムめっき被膜の内側には、ニッケルが母材に拡散した拡散領域が存在していることを特徴とするチタン製部材。
- 拡散領域として、非晶質クロムめっき被膜の内側に位置し、ニッケルの濃度が相対的に高い第一の拡散領域と、該第一の拡散領域の内側に位置し、ニッケルの濃度が相対的に低い第二の拡散領域とが存在し、第一の拡散領域と第二の拡散領域との境界においてニッケルの濃度がステップ状に変化している請求項1記載のチタン製部材。
- 母材がβ型のチタン合金である請求項1又は2記載のチタン製部材。
