Description
1、隣接する2つの自己容量電極04の対向する、ジグザグ線である側辺を階段状構造になるように設置する。図10aに示すように、2つの階段状構造は一致する形状を有し、互いにマッチングする。図10aは、2×2個の自己容量電極04を示している。
2、隣接する2つの自己容量電極04の対向する、ジグザグ線である側辺を凹凸状構造になるように設置する。図10bに示すように、2つの凹凸状構造は一致する形状を有し、互いにマッチングする。図10bは、2×2個の自己容量電極04を示している。
Claims (14)
- タッチ検出用チップと、
対向して設置された上部基板および下部基板と、
前記上部基板と前記下部基板との間に、同一層に設置され、互いに絶縁する複数の自己容量電極と、
前記上部基板と前記下部基板との間に設置されたブラックマトリックス層と、
前記ブラックマトリックス層に設置されたカラーフィルタ層と、
を備え、
前記ブラックマトリックス層と前記カラーフィルタ層との間に平坦化層が更に設置され、前記平坦化層が少なくとも前記自己容量電極のパターンと対応する領域に台形状の貫通孔またはチャネルを有し、前記自己容量電極のパターンが少なくとも前記貫通孔またはチャネル内に充填され、且つ、前記貫通孔またはチャネル内に充填された前記自己容量電極の表面積が前記貫通孔またはチャネルの台形の底面積より大きい、インセルタッチパネル。 - 前記各自己容量電極のパターンの前記下部基板に対する正投影が、前記ブラックマトリックス層のパターンが所在する領域内に位置する請求項1に記載のインセルタッチパネル。
- 前記各自己容量電極のパターンの前記下部基板に対する正投影が前記ブラックマトリックス層のパターンが所在する領域内に位置する格子状構造である請求項2に記載のインセルタッチパネル。
- 前記各自己容量電極と一対一に対応する導電線と、前記自己容量電極と一対一に対応する導通ノードを更に備え、
前記各導電線の前記下部基板に対する正投影が前記ブラックマトリックス層のパターンが所在する領域内に位置し、
前記各導通ノードが前記インセルタッチパネルのシーラントフレームが所在する領域に設置され、
前記各自己容量電極が前記導電線を介して前記導通ノードに接続され、前記シーラントフレームが所在する領域に位置する配線を介して前記タッチ検出用チップの接続端子に電気的に接続されている請求項2または3に記載のインセルタッチパネル。 - 前記各導電線と前記各自己容量電極が同一層に設置されている請求項4に記載のインセルタッチパネル。
- 前記インセルタッチパネルのシーラントフレームが所在する領域が4つの側辺を有し、前記導通ノードが前記シーラントフレームが所在する領域の4つの側辺全てに分布されている請求項4または5に記載のインセルタッチパネル。
- 前記各自己容量電極と対応する導通ノードが、前記自己容量電極に最も近いシーラントフレームが所在する領域の側辺に分布されている請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載のインセルタッチパネル。
- 前記ブラックマトリックス層が、前記上部基板の前記下部基板に対向する一側に位置され、
前記各自己容量電極及び前記各導電線が、前記ブラックマトリックス層と前記カラーフィルタ層との間に位置し、又は前記カラーフィルタ層の上に位置する請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載のインセルタッチパネル。 - 前記導電線と前記自己容量電極が異なる層に設置され、前記自己容量電極とそれに対応する導電線が貫通孔を介して電気的に接続される請求項4〜8のいずれかに記載のインセルタッチパネル。
- 前記ブラックマトリックス層が、前記上部基板の前記下部基板に対向する一側に位置し、
前記自己容量電極が前記ブラックマトリックス層と前記カラーフィルタ層との間に位置し、
前記導電線が前記カラーフィルタ層の上に位置し、前記カラーフィルタ層における貫通孔を介して対応する自己容量電極に電気的に接続される請求項4〜9のいずれかに記載のインセルタッチパネル。 - 隣接する2つの前記自己容量電極の対向する側辺がジグザグ線である請求項1〜10いずれかに記載のインセルタッチパネル。
- 隣接する2つの自己容量電極の対向する、ジグザグ線である側辺が階段状構造を有し、2つの階段状構造は、一致する形状を有し、互いにマッチングし、
及び/または、
隣接する2つの自己容量電極の対向する、ジグザグ線である側辺が凹凸状構造を有し、2つの凹凸状構造は、一致する形状を有し、互いにマッチングする請求項11に記載のインセルタッチパネル。 - 前記タッチ検出用チップとともに1つのチップに集積された表示駆動チップを更に備える請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のインセルタッチパネル。
- 請求項1〜13いずれかに記載のインセルタッチパネルを備える表示装置。
