前記ハンドルは、間隙を画定し、前記リングは、ユーザの指が前記リングを前記ハンドルに対して枢動させるための表面を提供するように、前記間隙の中に半径方向に延在する部分を有する、項目3に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目5)
その近位端において前記アクチュエータに接続される締付具をさらに備え、前記アクチュエータは、作動されると、前記パウチ保定機構を前記内側シャフトに対して近位に移動させるように、前記締付具を第1の距離だけ牽引するように構成される、項目1に記載の試料回収デバイス。

前記パウチ支持機構は、一対の弾性二叉体を含む、項目7に記載の試料回収デバイス。

前記パウチは、前記パウチの口部の外周の周囲にスロットを含み、前記パウチ支持機構の対の二叉体は、前記パウチが前記内側シャフトに接続されると、前記スロット内に常駐し、前記パウチが前記内側シャフトから分断されると、前記スロットから抜去されるように構成される、項目8に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目10)
前記締付具はまた、前記パウチの口部の外周の周囲のスロット内にも常駐する、項目11に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目11)
前記締付具はさらに、第2の距離だけ近位に牽引されると、前記パウチの口部を閉鎖させるように構成される、項目10に記載の試料回収デバイス。

作動されると、前記内側シャフトが、前記第1の縦方向位置を越えて、前記外側シャフトに対して遠位に摺動することを可能にし、前記パウチ保定機構を前記筐体と関連付けられた第2の停止機構に係合させるように、前記第1の停止機構を係脱させる、第1の停止機構アクチュエータであって、前記第2の停止機構は、前記第1の縦方向位置を越えての前記外側シャフトに対する前記内側シャフトの継続遠位移動を可能にするが、前記第1の縦方向位置を越えての前記パウチ保定機構の遠位移動を防止するように構成される、第1の停止機構アクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記第1の縦方向位置を越えての前記内側シャフトの継続遠位摺動は、前記パウチ保定機構を、前記パウチが前記内側シャフトから係脱可能な位置に、前記内側シャフトに対して近位に移動させる、デバイス。
(項目18)
前記パウチ保定機構は、前記内側シャフトの外側表面に沿って縦方向に延在する溝内に常駐する、ピンを含む、項目17に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目19)
前記ピンは、その近位端に、前記筐体の第2の停止機構に係合するように構成される、半径方向に延在する先端を含む、項目18に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目20)
前記第1の停止機構は、前記内側シャフトの外側表面に沿って縦方向に延在する溝内に着座される、板ばねを含む、項目17に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目21)
前記アクチュエータは、前記板ばねを前記筐体との係合から外れるように移動させるように構成される、ばね荷重式プッシュボタンである、項目20に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目22)
前記パウチは、開口を含み、それを通して、前記パウチ保定機構は、延在する、項目17に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目23)

同様に前記パウチの口部の外周の周囲のスロット内に常駐する、締付具をさらに備える、項目27に記載の試料回収デバイス。
(項目29)
前記締付具は、その近位端において、締付具牽引機に接続され、前記締付具牽引機は、牽引されると、前記パウチの口部を閉鎖させるように構成される、項目28に記載の試料回収デバイス。

Claims (15)
- 試料回収デバイスであって、
それを通してボアを画定する外側シャフトと、
前記外側シャフトのボア内に摺動可能に配置される、内側シャフトであって、前記内側シャフトは、ハンドルおよびパウチ保定機構を有し、前記パウチ保定機構は、1つ以上の突出部と、少なくとも1つの部材とを含む、内側シャフトと、
前記パウチ保定機構によって前記内側シャフトに接続されるパウチであって、前記パウチは、試料を受け入れやすい角度を形成する口部と、前記1つ以上の突出部を受容するように位置付けられる1つ以上の孔とを有する、パウチと、
ユーザが、選択的に、前記パウチを前記内側シャフトから取り外すことが可能であるように、前記パウチ保定機構を作動するためのアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータは、前記ハンドルに移動可能に接続され、前記少なくとも1つの部材は、前記アクチュエータの移動に応答して、前記1つ以上の突出部から前記パウチを分離することを防止する第1の位置から、前記1つ以上の突出部から前記パウチを分離することを促進する第2の位置まで移動可能であり、前記少なくとも1つの部材は、前記内側シャフトの外側表面に沿って縦方向に移動する、アクチュエータと
を備える、試料回収デバイス。 - 前記アクチュエータは、リングである、請求項1に記載の試料回収デバイス。

- 前記締付具はさらに、第2の距離だけ近位に牽引されると、前記パウチの口部を閉鎖させるように構成される、請求項10に記載の試料回収デバイス。
