Description
ここ何年にもわたり、ポリアミド等から作られた糸の特性を改良することを目的として、ポリエーテルセグメントをポリアミドに混入する多数の手段が存在している。衣料用途のナイロン糸の望ましい親水特性は、オキシエチレン(−OCH2CH2−)繰り返し単位の混入により頻繁に与えられている。ポリアミドポリマー主骨格中のオキシエチレン繰り返し単位の適切な平衡を見出すために、多くの研究が取り組まれている。結果として、そのような変性したポリマーは、改変された重合条件を必要とするだろうし、及び、紡糸条件はたやすく予測できるものでもなく、また慣用の紡糸の利点にたやすく適合してもいない。
したがって、合成ポリアミド組成物が調査され、そして開発され続けている。
本発明は、ポリエーテルセグメント及びナイロンを含有するポリアミドから成る衣料の織編用糸であって、特に、前記ポリアミドはナイロン及びポリエーテルジアミンから成り、前記ポリエーテルジアミンは少なくとも1500の分子量、及びポリエーテルジアミンについての理想化アミン水素当量(Amine Hydrogen Equivalent)(AHEW)よりも10%未満だけ高いAHEWを有し、且つ、前記ポリアミドは好ましくは、およそ10%乃至およそ30%の範囲の水分率を有する、衣料の織編用糸に関する。
以下の詳細な説明は、本発明における使用に適したポリアミドを詳細に記載している。
G=p(溶融物)D2 (毛細管)(Π/4)v(押出し) 式1.
当該式中、pはポリマー溶融物密度を表し(例えば、290℃における溶融したナイロン6,6について、1cm3当り1.0グラム)、Dは、円形の開口部を想定した毛細管の直径を表し(半径の2倍に匹敵する)、そしてvはフィラメントの速度を表す。
押出し速度は下記式:

により与えられる。
YARN QUALITY=引張り強さ×(伸度)1/2 式3
%乾燥度=100−[(W総量−W生地)/WH20]×100
に従い算出される。
本発明に従う衣料の織編用糸を得るために、本発明に従う方法をどのように実施するか及び本願に開示された組成物及び化合物をどのように使用するかについて、完全な開示及び記載を当業者に提供するために、下記合成を行った。数に関する正確性(例えば、量、温度等)を確実にするための努力が行われたが、幾つかの誤り及び偏差も説明されるべきである。他に示されない限り、「部」は「質量部」であり、温度は℃であり、そして圧力は気圧である。標準温度及び標準圧力は、25℃及び1気圧である。
塩調製(Salt Prep)
8380gの脱塩水をフラスコに入れ、そして35℃に加温した。アジピン酸27g(0.185mol)を入れ、そして撹拌して溶解した。80%エラスタミン(Elastamine(登録商標))RE2000水溶液の460gを、続いて、ナイロン6,6塩の8077gを入れた。溶解するまでフラスコを撹拌し続けた。試料を取りそして希釈し、そして9.5%固形物(およそ)のpHを確認し、さらに、HMD(又はアジピン酸)を用いて所望のpHに、即ち、最初にpH8.3に、その後に、ポリマー上のAEG(アミン末端基)の結果のフィードバックが少し高すぎることを示したため、8.1に低下させて、調節した。IRヒーター水分秤を用いて固形物を確認した。混合物を35℃で一晩撹拌し続けた。
塩調製(Salt Prep)溶液を24Lのオートクレーブに加え、そして48%の水性のシルウェット(Silwet)L7605消泡剤0.3g(最終ポリマーに対し、〜20ppm)を加えた。連続加熱サイクル2(C2)の間中に40質量%のスラリーとしてのホムビタン(Hombitan)M 二酸化チタン0.17%もまた加えた。RV40;AEG45;0.17%TiO2を有し、且つ5質量%エラスタミン(登録商標)RE2000を含有するポリマーを目的とした。
塩調製(Salt Prep)
8223gの脱塩水をフラスコに入れ、そして35℃に加温し、アジピン酸54g(0.37mol)を入れ、そして撹拌して溶解し、80%エラスタミン(Elastamine(登録商標))RE2000水溶液の920gを、続いて、ナイロン6,6塩の7627gを入れた。溶解するまでフラスコを撹拌し続けた。試料を取りそして希釈し、そして9.5%固形物(およそ)のpHを確認し、さらに、HMD(又はアジピン酸)を用いてpH8.1−8.3に調節した。IRヒーター水分秤を用いて固形物を確認した。混合物を35℃で一晩撹拌し続けた。

8362gの脱塩水をフラスコに入れ、そして35℃に加温し、アジピン酸81g(0.555mol)を入れ、そして撹拌して溶解し、80%エラスタミン(Elastamine(登録商標))RE2000水溶液の1380gを、続いて、ナイロン6,6塩の7177gを入れた。溶解するまでフラスコを撹拌し続けた。試料を取りそして希釈し、そして9.5%固形物(およそ)のpHを確認し、さらに、HMD(又はアジピン酸)を用いてpHに8.1に調節した。IRヒーター水分秤を用いて固形物を確認した。混合物を35℃で一晩撹拌し続けた。
塩調製(Salt Prep)溶液を24Lのオートクレーブに加えた。次亜リン酸ナトリウム1水和物2.51gを添加し(最終ポリマー中に100ppmのPを得た)、そして48%の水性のシルウェット(Silwet)L7605消泡剤0.62g(最終ポリマーに対し、〜40ppm)を加えた。連続加熱サイクル2(C2)の間中に40質量%のスラリーとしてのホムビタン(Hombitan)M 二酸化チタン0.17%もまた加えた。RV40;AEG45;0.17%TiO2を有し、且つ15質量%エラスタミン(登録商標)RE2000を含有するポリマーを目的とした。
合成1乃至3で得られたポリマーのそれぞれの試料(100g)を、真空下、80℃にて18時間乾燥させた。当該乾燥ポリマー試料の最初の水分率を、およそ1.9gのポリマーに設置した160℃のアクアトラック(Aquatrac)(PET版(4ディジット);ブラベンダー メステクニック(Brabebder Messtechnik))を用いて測定した。当該方法を用いて測定された0.5質量%未満の水分率は、ポリマーが十分に乾燥されたことを示した。
Claims (20)
- ポリアミドから成る衣料の織編用糸であって、
前記ポリアミドは、ナイロン6.6並びにポリエーテルジアミンから成り、
前記ポリエーテルジアミンはおよそ1質量%乃至およそ20質量%の範囲の量で存在し、
前記ポリアミドがおよそ10%乃至およそ30%の範囲の水分率を有し、
前記ポリエーテルジアミンは、脂肪族基を含有しており、且つ、少なくとも1500の質量平均分子量(MW)、及びポリエーテルジアミンについての理想のアミン水素当量(Amine Hydrogen Equivalent)(AHEW)よりも10%未満だけ高いAHEWを有し、1分子当りの有効アミン水素の数、即ちAHEWは、ISO9702に記載される手順を用いてアミン基窒素含量を測定することにより算出する、前記衣料の織編用糸。 - 前記ポリアミドはおよそ15%乃至およそ25%の範囲の水分率を有する、請求項1に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記糸は、20%乃至90%の破断点伸びを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリエーテルジアミンは、ポリエーテルジアミンについての理想化AHEWよりも8%未満だけ高いAHEWを、好ましくはポリエーテルジアミンについての理想化AHEWよりも5%未満だけ高いAHEWを、及びより好ましくは、ポリエーテルジアミンについての理想化AHEWよりも2%未満だけ高いAHEWを有する、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリエーテルジアミンは、少なくとも2500の、好ましくは5000の質量平均分子量を有する、請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリエーテルジアミンは、およそ5質量%乃至およそ15質量%の範囲の量で、又はおよそ8質量%乃至およそ18質量%の範囲の量で、又はおよそ10質量%乃至およそ15質量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリアミドは、ポリマー1000kg当り25乃至130のアミン末端基グラム当量を有する、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリアミドは、およそ25乃至およそ60の範囲の相対粘度であって、ASTM D789−86に従うギ酸試験法に基づき算出される前記相対粘度を有する、請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリアミドは、およそ30乃至およそ45の黄色度指数を有する、請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリアミドは、およそ75乃至およそ85のL★色座標を有し、及び/又はおよそ−5乃至およそ5のa★色座標を有し、及び/又はおよそ5乃至およそ25のb★色座標を有する、請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリアミドは、0.01質量%乃至1質量%の蛍光増白剤、0.01質量%乃至2質量%の二酸化チタン、1質量ppm乃至500質量ppmの消泡剤のうち1種以上をさらに含有する、請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記ポリアミドは、触媒、好ましくはリン含有の触媒をさらに含有し、前記リン含有の触媒は、好ましくは前記ポリアミド中にリンとして5質量ppm乃至1000質量ppmの範囲で存在する、請求項1乃至11のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記触媒は、リン酸及びその塩、亜リン酸及びその塩、次亜リン酸アリールリン酸及びその塩、アリールホスフィン酸及びその塩、次亜リン酸ナトリウム、次亜リン酸マンガンフェニルホスフィン酸ナトリウム、フェニルホスホン酸ナトリウム、フェニルホスフィン酸カリウム、フェニルホスホン酸カリウム、ヘキサメチレンジアンモニウムビス−フェニルホスフィネート、トルイルホスフィン酸カリウム、及びそれらの混合物から成る群より選択される、請求項12に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記糸は、マルチフィラメント繊維糸、好ましくは、低延伸糸(LOY)、部分延伸糸(POY)又は延伸糸(FDY)のいずれかの形態にある、請求項1乃至13のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記糸は、5乃至300デシテックス(dtex)の糸質量及び0.5乃至7デシテックスのフィラメント質量を有する、請求項1乃至14のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記糸は、22%乃至およそ60%の伸度を有し、熱水収縮率が3%乃至およそ10%であり、糸強度が3乃至およそ7グラム/デニールであり、そして当該糸のRVがおよそ40乃至およそ60の範囲にある、延伸糸である、請求項1乃至15のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 前記糸は、多成分フィラメント又は多成分繊維であって、前記多成分フィラメント又は多成分繊維の少なくとも第一部分が前記ポリアミドにより形成され、及び前記多成分フィラメント又は多成分繊維の第二部分が前記ポリアミドとは異なるポリマーにより形成されている、請求項1乃至16のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸。
- 請求項1乃至17のうちいずれか1項に記載の衣料の織編用糸から成る衣料用生地であって、当該生地は、好ましくは経編生地、丸編生地、不織布又は低デニールのテクニカル生地である、前記衣料用生地。
- 請求項18に記載の衣料用生地から成る衣類であって、前記衣類は、好ましくはシームレス編衣類又は靴下である、前記衣類。
- ポリアミドから衣料の織編用糸を製造する方法であって、前記衣料の織編用糸は、請求項1乃至17のうちいずれか1項に定義されるとおりであり、及び、前記方法は、毛細開口部を備えた紡糸口金プレートを通して溶融ポリアミドを押出し、そして前記紡糸口金プレートから出るフィラメントから糸を形成することを含む、方法。
