Description
しかし前者の密着工法は、防水材層を下地表面の全域に接合一体化させたものであるため、下地に生じるクラックや目地の動きに対する追従性が不充分である。しかも、下地層内に含まれる水分が温度の上昇により水蒸気となって下地層と防水材層の界面部へ拡散してきたとき、水蒸気の逃げ場が無いため、該水蒸気圧により防水材層が下地から部分的に剥離して膨れ上がる現象(一般に「フクレ現象」と呼ばれる)が発生するという欠点がある。
図3に示すように、自由に回転することができるフリーローラー13に、100cm幅で直径15cmに巻き込んだ反物の巻芯を通し、巻き出した反物の中央にデジタルフォースゲージ12を付けて、引張速度1cm/secとして、30cmの開反時における最大荷重(N)を求める。
厚さ7μmのアルミニウム箔からなる非透湿性金属薄膜とポリエステル長繊維不織布をポリエチレンラミネート法によって複合(積層)したシートに、積層断面方向に孔部の開口面積率がシート表面積の36%となる様にたて10mm×よこ10mmの四隅を丸くした正方形の孔をパンチングして開孔した。開孔したシートのポリエステル長繊維不織布側に、幅1.1mm、厚さ30μmの合成樹脂フラットヤーンをインチあたりタテ8本、ヨコ7本の密度で、合成繊維太糸(440デシテックスのポリエチレン製モノフィラメント)をインチあたりタテ0.8本、ヨコ0.6本の密度でバスケット織にしたメッシュ状補強材シートに粘着材を塗布して重ね合わせ、防水施工用シート状物を得た。該シート状物の総目付け量は53g/m2であった。
合成繊維太糸を用いないで、幅1.1mm、厚さ30μmの熱可塑性合成樹脂フラットヤーンをインチあたりタテ9本、ヨコ8本の密度で、バスケット織にしたメッシュ状補強材を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして防水施工用シート状物を得た。得られたシート状物を幅100cm、直径15cmの反物に巻き取り、開反時に掛かる力をデジタルフォースゲージで測定した。測定結果を表1に示すように引き出し荷重が大きくブロッキングが発生した。
防水施工において、施工面で、防水施工用シート状物は反物のブロッキングの発生や金属膜の剥がれ現象が起こらず、搬送から現場施工を含めた取扱い性が良好で且つ安価に提供できる防水施工用シート状物を提供できる。殊に、施工時にシートの粘着力が強力であるにもかかわらず、シート状反物から引出しやすく、工事中のシートのめくれ現象が生じ難く、効率よく高品質の防水施工の実施が可能になった。また、シート状反物からの引出しの最大荷重が、従来品(比較例1:0.75N/cm)に比べて本発明品(実施例1)は、シート状反物からの引出しの平均最大荷重が0.14N/cmと極めて小さい値が得られた。

Claims (6)
- 防水施工用のシート状物であって、該シート状物はロールに巻かれた状態であり、真円換算の直径で3mm以上の多数の孔5が形成された非透湿性金属薄膜2または非透湿性金属蒸着フィルムの片面側に、易接着加工が施されたメッシュ状補強織物6が接合されており、該メッシュ状補強織物6が凹部と凸部からなり、凹部は熱可塑性合成樹脂フラットヤーン3、凸部は太糸4を用いて製織され、熱可塑性合成樹脂フラットヤーン3の厚みは10μm以上100μm以下であり、熱可塑性合成樹脂フラットヤーン3の幅は0.5mm以上3.0mm以下であり、該メッシュ状補強織物6のメッシュ密度は40個/平方インチ以上120個/平方インチ以下であることを特徴とする防水施工用シート状物。

- 凸部の厚みが、凹部の厚みの1.2〜10倍である請求項1または2に記載の防水施工用シート状物。
- 熱可塑性合成樹脂フラットヤーン3と太糸4が4〜15本/インチの織密度で製織され、太糸4は、0.2〜2.5本/インチの織密度で経糸に用いて製織されている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の防水施工用シート状物。
- 熱可塑性合成樹脂がポリオレフィンである請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の防水施工用シート状物。
- 防水施工用シート状物の開反時荷重が0.5N/cm以下である請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の防水施工用シート状物。
