Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係る電動機駆動装置の構成を示す図である。電動機駆動装置100は、直流電源1から供給される直流電力を交流電力に変換する複数の半導体スイッチング素子2aから2fと各々が半導体スイッチング素子2aから2fの各々に並列に接続された複数のダイオード3aから3fとで構成され、図示しない負荷を駆動する電動機4に交流電力を出力するインバータ5と、インバータ5の入力側に印加される直流電圧の電圧値を検出する電圧検出部6と、インバータ5に流入する直流電流の電流値を検出する電流検出部7とを備える。
Claims (12)
- 直流電力から変換された交流電力により電動機を駆動する電動機駆動装置であって、
同期パルス幅変調信号を受信し、前記電動機に前記交流電力を供給するインバータと、
前記同期パルス幅変調信号を生成して前記インバータに供給するインバータ制御部と、
を備え、
前記インバータ制御部は、前記電動機の機械角1周期内の第1の期間に生成する前記同期パルス幅変調信号のパルス数を、前記電動機の機械角1周期内の第2の期間に生成する前記同期パルス幅変調信号のパルス数よりも低下させ、
前記第1の期間は、負荷トルクが前記第2の期間の負荷トルクよりも低い期間である電動機駆動装置。 - 直流電力から変換された交流電力により電動機を駆動する電動機駆動装置であって、
同期パルス幅変調信号を受信し、前記電動機に前記交流電力を供給するインバータと、
前記同期パルス幅変調信号を生成して前記インバータに供給するインバータ制御部と、
を備え、
前記インバータ制御部は、前記電動機の機械角1周期内の第1の期間に生成する前記同期パルス幅変調信号のパルス数を、前記電動機の機械角1周期内の第2の期間に生成する前記同期パルス幅変調信号のパルス数よりも低下させ、
前記第1の期間は、負荷トルクが前記第2の期間の負荷トルクよりも低い期間であり、
前記第1の期間において前記電動機に供給される交流電力と、前記第2の期間において前記電動機に供給される交流電力とは、同一の構成のインバータから出力される
電動機駆動装置。 - 直流電源と前記インバータとの間に流れる直流電流を検出し、または前記インバータと前記電動機との間に流れる相電流を検出する電流検出部を備える請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記インバータ制御部は、前記直流電流または前記相電流を用いてd軸電流とq軸電流を求める座標変換部を備える請求項3に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記インバータ制御部は、前記直流電流または前記相電流を用いて、前記同期パルス幅変調信号を生成するためのキャリア波のパルス数を設定するパルス数設定部を備える請求項3に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記インバータ制御部は、前記d軸電流または前記q軸電流を用いて、前記同期パルス幅変調信号を生成するためのキャリア波のパルス数を設定するパルス数設定部を備える請求項4に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記電動機の機械角1周期が複数の期間に分けられ、
前記パルス数設定部は、前記複数の期間の各々の期間に、異なる値の前記キャリア波のパルス数を設定する請求項5または請求項6に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記インバータ制御部は、前記電動機の機械角1周期中で前記同期パルス幅変調信号のパルス数を1回以上変化させるパルス数可変部を備える請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記インバータ制御部は、電圧指令の電気角1周期中で前記同期パルス幅変調信号のパルス数を変化させるパルス数可変部を備える請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記インバータ制御部は、電圧指令の周波数が一定値以下のときに前記同期パルス幅変調信号のパルス数を変化させるパルス数可変部を備える請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記電動機の機械角1周期内における負荷トルクの平均値が一定値以下のときに前記同期パルス幅変調信号のパルス数を変化させるパルス数可変部を備える請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 請求項1から請求項11の何れか一項に記載の電動機駆動装置を搭載した冷凍空調装置。
