Claims (7)
- フレーム内に設けられた太陽電池セルを密封する封止材に配置されて、前記太陽電池セルを保護する太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラスにおいて、
球状または半球状からなり、水平方向に配列された複数のガラスビーズを含み、
前記複数のガラスビーズは、前記封止材の上部及び下部のうち少なくともいずれかに配置され、
前記ガラスビーズの直径は、前記封止材の厚さより大きい太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラス。 - 前記ガラスビーズは、低鉄分強化ガラス(Tempered low-iron glass)で形成されている請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラス。
- フレーム内に設けられた太陽電池セルを密封する封止材に配置されて、前記太陽電池セルを保護する太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラスにおいて、
球状または半球状からなり、水平方向に配列された複数のガラスビーズを含み、
前記複数のガラスビーズは、前記封止材の上部及び下部のうち少なくともいずれかに配置され、
前記ガラスビーズは、無反射コーティング(Anti-Reflection Coating)処理された太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラス。 - フレーム内に設けられた太陽電池セルを密封する封止材に配置されて、前記太陽電池セルを保護する太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラスにおいて、
球状または半球状からなり、水平方向に配列された複数のガラスビーズを含み、
前記複数のガラスビーズは、前記封止材の上部及び下部のうち少なくともいずれかに配置され、
前記ガラスビーズの直径は、3.2mm〜8.0mmである太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラス。 - 前記封止材の上部及び下部のうち少なくともいずれかに付着するガラス基板をさらに含み、前記ガラスビーズは、前記ガラス基板の一面に配置される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラス。
- フレーム内に設けられた太陽電池セルを密封する封止材の上部及び下部のうち少なくともいずれかに配置されて、前記太陽電池セルを保護する太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラスの製造方法において、
球状または半球状からなる複数のガラスビーズを設ける段階;
前記ガラスビーズを水平方向に配列する段階;及び
前記ガラスビーズに溶融されたガラス溶液を注入して保護ガラスを形成する段階;
を含む太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記ガラス溶液を注入して保護ガラスを形成する段階は、
前記ガラス溶液を前記ガラスビーズの高さの1/2未満に注入する過程を含む請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュール用保護ガラスの製造方法。
