Claims (3)
- 硬化性化合物、光開始剤、及び開始反応温度が異なる少なくとも2種の熱開始剤を含む硬化性樹脂組成物であって前記硬化性化合物がアクリル系化合物である硬化性樹脂組成物に対して熱硬化を行う1次熱硬化ステップ;
前記熱硬化が行われた結果物に光を照射し、光硬化を行う光硬化ステップ;及び
前記光硬化が行われた結果物を昇温し、熱硬化を行う2次熱硬化ステップ;を含み、
前記1次熱硬化ステップを40℃〜60℃で行い、前記2次熱硬化ステップを70℃〜90℃で行い、
前記2次熱硬化ステップは、前記1次熱硬化ステップより高い温度で行う、硬化方法。 - 前記1次熱硬化ステップ、前記光硬化ステップ及び前記2次熱硬化ステップを順次行う、請求項1に記載の硬化方法。
- 前記光硬化ステップはUV照射によって行う、請求項1に記載の硬化方法。
