Description
Claims (8)
- アニール処理された二つの対称的な鉄芯閉口シングルフレーム1−1を接合して構成された鉄芯1を含む、そしてそれぞれの鉄芯閉口シングルフレーム1−1は順次に巻きつけられた連続的な珪素鋼板から構成され、同鉄芯閉口シングルフレーム1−1は二つの鉄芯柱単体1−1−1を接合して構成された断面が略円形の鉄芯柱を有し、鉄芯1は二つの鉄芯柱単体1−1−1を接合して構成された断面が略円形の鉄芯柱1−2を有し、前記のそれぞれの鉄芯柱1−2には中から外まで順次に低圧T巻線6、低圧F巻線5と高圧巻線4が設置され、それぞれ高圧巻線4の両側に第一分接合区と第二分接合区が設置され、第一分接合区に低圧側高圧引き出し線16が敷設され、第二分接合区に高圧側高圧引き出し線18が敷設され、低圧両側高圧引き出し線16は無負荷電圧調整スイッチ9を通じて接続して、高圧両側高圧引き出し線18は別の無負荷電圧調整スイッチを通じて接続して、高圧4の片側で高圧巻出し線17が設置され、低圧T巻線6は高圧巻出し線17の反対側に低圧T巻出し線15−1を設置し、低圧F巻線5は高圧巻出し線17の反対側に低圧F巻出し線15−2を設置することを特徴とする車両用巻鉄芯主変圧器。
- 前記二つの鉄芯閉口シングルフレーム1−1の間に放熱作用を有する分離槽を設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用巻鉄芯主変圧器。
- 前記二つの無負荷電圧調整スイッチ9はスイッチ連動構造により接続して、同期調圧を実現することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用巻鉄芯主変圧器。
- 前記の低圧F巻線5と高圧巻線4の両側にそれぞれ静電板10を設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用巻鉄芯主変圧器。
- 前記の静電板10は二つの半円の銅のリングが溶接され、構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用巻鉄芯主変圧器。
- 前記低圧T巻線6の内側にT巻線骨組14を設置し、そしてT巻線骨組14と鉄芯柱1−2の間にリミット装置である支持棒19を設置し、前記の低圧F巻線5の内側にF巻線骨組13を設置し、そしてF巻線骨組13と低圧T巻線6の間にもリミット装置である支持棒19を設置し、前記の高圧巻線4の内側に高圧巻線骨組12を設置し、さらに高圧巻線骨組12と低圧F巻線5の間にもリミット装置である支持棒19を設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用巻鉄芯主変圧器。
- 前記T巻線骨組14及び/またはF巻線骨組13及び/または高圧巻線骨組12は厚紙製の筒でつくられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用巻鉄芯主変圧器。
- 前記T巻線骨組14の上に巻線機により駆動する駆動槽を設置することを特徴とする請求項6或は7に記載の車両用巻鉄芯主変圧器。
