本发明公开一种应用于卷门机的新型电磁铁芯，包括圆柱型铁芯，所述铁芯一侧设有用于放置电磁线圈的环型线槽，线槽开口向外；铁芯另一侧设有固定座，固定座外缘向外凸起多个固定耳，固定耳设有固定孔；固定座还设有一引线孔，引线孔与线槽相通。本发明可以解决现有电磁铁芯从卷门机壳体内部安装的不便，提高生产效率，节省劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷门机技术领域，尤其涉及一种应用于卷门机的新型电磁铁芯。
背景技术
电动卷门机大量应用于车库、商场、店侧、消防通道等场所，现有电动卷门机时装配有电磁刹车装置对电机进行刹车，电磁刹车装置设有电磁铁芯，电磁铁芯从壳体内部安装，内部安装时要使用工具将电磁铁芯向壳体内部托起，安装时工效低，速度慢，而且经常安装不到位，故障率高；电磁刹车装置需要维修时要拆卸整个卷门机壳体，难度较大，容易对卷门机造成损坏，从而埋下安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足，提供了一种应用于卷门机的新型电磁铁芯。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种应用于卷门机的新型电磁铁芯，包括圆柱型铁芯，所述铁芯一侧设有用于放置电磁线圈的环型线槽，线槽开口向外；铁芯另一侧设有固定座，固定座外缘向外凸起多个固定耳，固定耳设有固定孔；固定座还设有一引线孔，引线孔与线槽相通。
进一步的，所述固定耳设有3个。
进一步的，所述圆柱型铁芯中心还设有一通孔。
本发明的有益效果是：在电磁铁芯一侧设置固定座，可以解决现有电磁铁芯从卷门机壳体内部安装的不便，提高生产效率，节省劳动强度，同时也减少故障。

如图1-图3所示的一种应用于卷门机的新型电磁铁芯，包括圆柱型铁芯1，所述铁芯1一侧设有用于放置电磁线圈的环型线槽2，线槽2开口向外；铁芯1另一侧设有固定座3，固定座3外缘向外凸起多个固定耳4，固定耳4设有固定孔5；固定座3还设有一引线孔6，引线孔6与线槽2相通。
安装时将铁芯1从上向下放入卷门机壳体，通过铁芯1设有固定耳4与卷门机壳体固定，方便外装铁芯1，装配和维修时，拆装方便，工效高，减少故障。
所述固定耳设有3个。所述圆柱型铁芯中心还设有一通孔7。

1.一种应用于卷门机的新型电磁铁芯，包括圆柱型铁芯，所述铁芯一侧设有用于放置电磁线圈的环型线槽，线槽开口向外；其特征在于：铁芯另一侧设有固定座，固定座外缘向外凸起多个固定耳，固定耳设有固定孔；固定座还设有一引线孔，引线孔与线槽相通。
