Abstract

一种非晶合金立体卷铁心,它包括三个结构相同的由非晶合金制成的单框,单框呈方形;所述单框的框边的截面呈近似半圆形或半个正多边形;所述单框呈圆形均匀分布,所述相邻二个单框的竖框边贴合固定连接在一起构成心柱,每个单框的横框边为铁轭;所述心柱截面呈近似圆形或正多边形。由于采用这样的结构,非晶合金料带的导磁方向与铁心的磁路方向完全一致,工作时振动小,改善了的噪音问题。能够确保三相供电的平衡,使磁阻大大减少,激磁电流显著降低。立体非晶合金铁心无接缝,不存在高耗能区,可充分发挥出非晶合金高导磁的特点,最大的减少因接缝处形成的空气隙带来的损耗,在传统的非晶合金极低的空载损耗基础上,再进一步降低20%以上。

非晶合金立体卷铁心
技术领域
本发明属于电力设备的技术领域,具体是指一种立体结构的非晶合金铁心。
背景技术
节能是我国建设节约型社会的一项必不可少的国策,由于非晶合金变压器有显著的节能环保性能,已经逐步被广大用户所接受,成为理想的新一代配电变压器。目前市场上出现的非晶合金变压器产品所用铁心有三相五柱式结构和三相三柱式结构,比较以上两种传统的非晶合金铁心结构,三相三柱式铁心可以说是三相五柱式铁心的一种升级,相对来说体积小、重量轻,加工耗时少,但是以上两种铁心截面为矩形结构,变压器尺寸设计容易受非晶合金片材宽度的限制,设计制造不灵活,此外以上结构整体重量重,材料成本高,且体积庞大,加工时间也长。
从原理上分析,三相三柱式和三相五柱式结构的铁心都为平面结构,就会形成各个心柱的磁路长度不等,三相供电将不能保证平衡,上铁轭或下铁轭存在接缝,在接缝处会出现高能耗区,不能充分发挥非晶合金片材的高导磁特点,接缝处形成的空气隙也将增加相应的损耗,此外矩形结构的铁心和变压器线圈也造成了产品的抗短路能力差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种能克服现有技术中的缺陷,工作时振动小,激磁电流显著降低的非晶合金立体卷铁心。
本发明是这样实现的:一种非晶合金立体卷铁心,它包括三个结构相同的由非晶合金料带卷制成的单框,单框呈方形;所述单框的框边的截面呈近似半圆形或半个正多边形;
所述单框呈圆形均匀分布,所述相邻二个单框的竖框边贴合固定连接在一起构成心柱,每个单框的横框边为铁轭;所述心柱截面呈圆形或正多边形。
所述的非晶合金立体卷铁心,其特殊之处在于:所述的铁心单框由梯形非晶合合金料带由内向外连续卷制而成。
本发明一种非晶合金立体卷铁心,由于采用这样的结构,在性能上,非晶合金料带的导磁方向与铁心的磁路方向完全一致,工作时振动小,可大大改善传统非晶合金的噪音问题。三相铁心的磁路完全对称等长,能够确保三相供电的平衡,使磁阻大大减少,激磁电流显著降低。立体非晶合金铁心无接缝,不存在高耗能区,可充分发挥出非晶合金高导磁的特点,最大的减少因接缝处形成的空气隙带来的损耗,在传统的非晶合金极低的空载损耗基础上,再进一步降低20%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种非晶合金立体卷铁心,它包括三个结构相同的非晶合金料带卷制成的单框1,单框1呈方形;所述单框1是由若干根梯形非晶合金料带依次连续卷绕而成;单框1的框边的截面呈半圆形或近似半圆形,也可以是所述单框1的框边的截面呈半个正多边形。
所述单框1呈圆形均匀分布,所述相邻二个单框1的竖框边2贴合固定连接在一起构成心柱4,每个单框1的横框边3为铁轭;
如图2所示,所述心柱4截面呈圆形;也可以是所述心柱4的截面呈正多边形。
所述的单框1由梯形非晶合合金料带由内向外连续卷制而成。
单框1是由若干根梯形非晶合金料带由内向外连续卷制而成,没有接缝。梯形非晶合金料带采用套裁加工,材料利用率100%。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种非晶合金立体卷铁心,它包括三个结构相同的由非晶合金料带卷制成的单框,单框呈方形;所述单框的框边的截面呈近似半圆形或半个正多边形;
所述单框呈圆形均匀分布,所述相邻二个单框的竖框边贴合固定连接在一起构成心柱,每个单框的横框边为铁轭;所述心柱截面呈圆形或正多边形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非晶合金立体卷铁心,其特征在于:所述的单框由梯形非晶合合金料带由内向外连续卷制而成。
