Abstract

本发明涉及三相变压器铁芯,具体地说是一种由连续的硅钢带绕制而成的3个相同的单相铁芯,拼装在一起组成3个铁芯柱横截面呈圆形的立体三相变压器铁芯,该铁芯由3个连续的经曲线开料的硅钢带绕制而成的单相铁芯拼接而成,每个单相铁芯由左右铁芯柱及其上下铁轭组成,其铁芯柱与铁轭均为半圆柱形,三相铁芯的每个铁芯柱由两个单相铁芯的铁芯柱组成圆柱形,三相铁芯的铁芯柱共有3个,分别位于1个三角形的3个角上。利用该铁芯制作的变压器具有磁阻小,铁损少、噪音低等优点。

技术领域
发明涉及三相变压器铁芯,具体地说是一种由连续的硅钢带绕制而成的三个相同的单相铁芯,拼装在一起组成一种铁芯柱横截面呈圆形的立体三相变压器铁芯。
技术背景
现有的三相变压器铁芯,分成插片式和卷绕式两大类。插片式三相变压器铁芯的铁芯柱和铁轭是由剪裁成不同宽度,形状各异的单片硅钢带的横条和竖条镶嵌迭装而成的,因此整个三相变压器铁芯的铁芯柱和铁轭之间有许多缝隙,变压器铁芯磁回路间断不连续,导致铁芯的磁阻增大,变压器的空载损耗和空载电流增大,并且还容易产生漏磁和噪音。
卷绕式铁芯克服了插片式铁芯的上述缺点,大大减少了磁阻,降低了铁芯的损耗。但其三个铁芯柱在一平面内。显然,这种结构的铁芯的缺点是磁回路不平衡,A相、C相的磁回路比较长,B相的磁回路比较短,这样会导致三相电流不平衡。因此这种平面结构不是理想的结构,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种圆截面立体三相变压器铁芯,该铁芯的三相磁回路完全相等,并且最短,以便进一步降低铁芯的空载电流和空载损耗,减轻铁芯的重量,节约原材料。
其主要技术方案是:
先用曲线开料机,按特定的数学模型,将连续钢带进行曲线开料,然后用卷绕机将开料后得到的连续芯带卷绕成铁芯柱和铁轭横截面均为半圆形的单相铁芯,将三个单相铁芯拼装成立体的三相变压器铁芯,这个立体三相变压器铁芯的三个铁芯柱由三个单相铁芯的铁芯柱两两拼装而成,其横截面为圆形。并且这三个铁芯柱圆形横截面的圆心构成一个等边三角形。每个单相铁芯的铁芯柱半圆横截面的直径的延长线均通过此等边三角形的中心,单相铁芯的铁芯柱的半圆形横截面的直径和卷绕芯带的表面构成60度夹角。
本发明的优点是:
由于铁芯用连续的硅钢带卷绕而成,不切割,无接缝和间隙,从根本上消除了漏磁,减少了磁阻,降低了铁损和噪声。
本发明的铁芯柱横截面呈圆形,其铁芯填充系数最高,是其它方型截面铁芯,多级阶梯型截面铁芯所无法比拟的。
本发明的三相磁回路完全相等,全部对称。这克服了以往的铁芯因磁回路不相等所引起的三相电流不平衡的缺点。
用本发明可制成油浸式电力变压器,干式电力变压器及各种电子变压器,它们都具有体积小、重量轻、损耗低、三相电流平衡等一系列突出优点。是电力行业和电子行业更新换代的理想产品。

具体实施方式
如图所示:三相铁芯由3个单相铁芯构成,每个单相铁芯均由半圆柱形上、下铁轭3、2与半圆柱形的左右铁芯柱构成一矩形,三相铁芯的3个铁芯柱1分别由两个单相铁芯的铁芯柱构成,每个三相铁芯的铁芯柱横截面呈圆形,三相铁芯的3个铁芯柱的横截面圆形中心连线构成一等边三角形ABC,每个单相铁芯的铁芯柱的横截面半圆形直径的延长线均通过等边三角形ABC的中心O,并与其卷绕钢带的平面呈60度夹角。

Claims (3)

1、圆截面立体三相变压器铁芯,其特征是该铁芯由3个连续的经曲线开料的硅钢带绕制而成的单相铁芯拼接而成,每个单相铁芯由左右铁芯柱及其上下铁轭组成,其铁芯柱与铁轭均为半圆柱形,三相铁芯的每个铁芯柱由两个单相铁芯的铁芯柱组成圆柱形,三相铁芯的铁芯柱共有3个,分别位于1个三角形的3个角上,并且该三相铁芯的3个铁芯柱的圆形中心构成1个等边三角形。
2、根据权利要求1或2所述的变压器铁芯,其特征是3个单相铁芯的铁芯柱的半圆形横截面直径的延长线均通过等边三角形的中心。
3、根据权利要求1所述的变压器铁芯,其特征是在由连续钢带卷绕的单相铁芯中,其半圆形铁芯柱的横截面直径和卷绕钢带的平面构成60度夹角。
