背景技术
目前,电抗器的固定拉杆都是安装在相与相之间,如电抗器的第一相线圈与第二相线圈之间,第二相线圈与第三相线圈之间,优点是安装方便,装卸容易。但缺点是增大了电抗器的整体(左右)宽度,增加电抗器整体包装和运输成本。同时,由于固定拉杆是金属杆,降低了电抗器相与相之间的绝缘强度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种将固定拉杆设置在线圈浇注体与铁芯之间,减小电抗器宽度,节省包装和运输成本,特别是提高产品整体绝缘水平的电抗器内拉杆。
本实用新型电抗器内拉杆的技术方案是:包括电抗器的上夹件和下夹件,上夹件上安装上桥板,下夹件下安装下桥板和底座,上夹件与下夹件之间安装铁芯、线圈和线圈浇注体,铁芯与线圈浇注体之间安装绝缘筒,其特征在于所述的铁芯与绝缘筒之间设置固定拉杆,固定拉杆的上端连接上桥板,固定拉杆的下端连接下桥板。

1.电抗器内拉杆,包括电抗器的上夹件(1)和下夹件(2),上夹件上安装上桥板(3),下夹件下安装下桥板(9)和底座(4),上夹件(1)与下夹件(2)之间安装铁芯(5)、线圈(7)和线圈浇注体(8),铁芯(5)与线圈浇注体(8)之间安装绝缘筒(6),其特征在于所述的铁芯(5)与绝缘筒(6)之间设置固定拉杆(10),固定拉杆(10)的上端连接上桥板(3),固定拉杆(10)的下端连接下桥板(9)。
