Claims (8)
- 上面、側壁面、下面および側壁面の順に連続して凸凹状列を形成し、
上記下面の幅に対し、下面を挟む位置となる上面と上面との間の幅の方が広くなるように側壁面を設け、
上記側壁面は平面視にて波形状に形成するとともに、
上記上面と下面はそれぞれ列方向に沿った断面での形状を波形状に形成してある金属板。 - 上記側壁面は傾斜面である請求項1に記載の金属板。
- 上記上面と下面は、当該上面と下面とのなすピッチおよび当該上面と下面との高さの差よりも共に小さな山部と谷部を上記列方向に交互に連続して形成することで、当該列方向に沿ったそれぞれの断面での形状を波形状に形成してある請求項2に記載の金属板。
- 上記側壁面をはさんで隣り合う上面と下面との間において、双方の山部の稜線同士が同一線上に位置しているとともに、双方の谷部の稜線同士が同一線上に位置している請求項3に記載の金属板。
- 上記上面と下面のそれぞれの列方向に沿った断面での形状が同一形状である請求項4に記載の金属板。
- 上記上面と下面のそれぞれの山部の稜線を通る断面での形状が、上記上面と下面のそれぞれの谷部の稜線を通る断面での形状を表裏反転させた形状と一致している請求項5に記載の金属板。
- 上記側壁面をはさんで隣り合う上面と下面との間において、双方の山部の稜線同士を上記列方向で互いにずらせてあるとともに、双方の谷部の稜線同士を上記列方向で互いにずらせてある請求項3に記載の金属板。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の金属板を基板として用いて三次元形状に曲折成形したものである金属製カバー。
