Claims (8)
- ポンプ装置(1)であって、前記ポンプ装置(1)のポンプケーシング(2)によって形成された内部空間(11)と、閉込缶(10)であって、前記閉込缶(10)によって包囲されたチャンバ(12)を前記ポンプケーシング(2)によって形成された前記内部空間(11)に対して気密封止している閉込缶(10)と、回転軸(A)を中心として回転するように駆動可能になっているインペラシャフト(13と、前記インペラシャフト(13)の一端に配置されたインペラ(16)と、前記インペラシャフト(13)の他端に配置されたインナーロータ(17)と、駆動モータ(9)と、前記駆動モータ(9)によって前記回転軸(A)を中心として回転するように駆動可能になっている駆動シャフト(20)と、前記駆動シャフト(20)上に配置されたアウターロータ(22)であって、前記インナーロータ(17)と相互作用するようになっているアウターロータ(22)とを備え、前記アウターロータ(22)は、通路孔(27)によって形成されたハブ内面(28)を有するハブ(23)を有しており、該ハブ内面(28)に、軸方向溝(29)が形成されており、該軸方向溝(29)は、前記回転軸(A)と平行に延在しており、前記駆動シャフト(20)のフェザーキー溝(32)内に挿入されたフェザーキー(33)と相互作用するようになっている、ポンプ装置(1)において、
少なくとも1つの半径方向に周回する第1の溝(30)および少なくとも1つの半径方向に周回する第2の溝(31)が、前記ハブ内面(28)に形成されており、トレランスリング(34,35)が、前記第1の溝(30)および前記第2の溝(31)の2つ内に少なくとも配置され、
少なくとも1つの前記第1の溝(30)は、軸方向において前記ハブ(23)の中心と、前記閉込缶(10)の方を向く前記ハブ(23)の側に配置されたフランジ状の第1のキャリア要素(25)との間に位置する前記ハブ内面(28)の領域に形成されており、少なくとも1つの前記第2の溝(31)は、前記ハブ(23)の中心から前記第1のキャリア要素(25)の反対側に位置する前記ハブ(23)の端に近い点に延在する前記ハブ内面(28)の領域に形成されていることを特徴とする、ポンプ装置。 - 前記トレランスリング(34,35)は、前記第1の溝(30)の少なくとも1つまたは複数内および前記第2の溝(31)の1つまたは複数内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記トレランスリング(34)は、前記第1の溝(30)の1つ内に配置されており、トレランスリング(35)は、前記第2の溝(31)の1つ内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記ポンプ装置(1)は、ブロック式設計の形態にあることを特徴とする、請求項1,2または3のいずれか1つに記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記ハブ(23)の外周面である外シェル面(24)は、なめらかな形態にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記アウターロータ(22)には、前記第1のキャリア要素(25)の前記領域に形成されたネジ孔(37)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記ネジ孔(37)は、前記駆動シャフト(20)に設けられた有底ネジ孔(36)よりも大きい直径を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記トレランスリング(34,35)は、前記フェザーキー(33)を受け入れる前記フェザーキー溝(32)内に延出しないように、寸法決めされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のポンプ装置。
